    Yeah. Sorry Trump, but the president does not enjoy absolute immunity from criminal process. But we'll see what the Court of Appeals says. My money is on them affirming the ruling.

    It’s amazing that that the trump administration cares so little for values that they would argue this openly.

    Even more amazing that 40% of the nation is perfectly fine with this — terrifying actually.

    Trump repeatedly promised the American people that he would release his tax returns.

    It is apparent that he was lying.

    If he knew there was damning evidence that he needed to hide, he could have simply declared that he would not follow the precedent.

    If legal authorities compel him to keep his promise, the cry baby will just throw another "WHAAA! Everybody's being mean to me!" tantrum.

    Yeah we already established that Cohen commited Malpractice....Mueller made it clear the Trump Origanization was a victim. That's an entire different matter that doesn't involve NY

    Prosecutors will seek indictments based on potential crimes. The GJ weighs the evidence and decides if there is enough to indict.

    The trump org is based in New York and if they made payments based on knowingly fake invoices, that’s a crime.

    Then why hasn't the GJ indicted? The fact is they didn't know, they as Mueller put it, where victims of Cohen's malpractice.
