Judge Malihi DENIES Obama motion to quash subpoena

Super-Orly has done it again. Obozo is going to prison unless he has this judge murdered which had been plan B but is now prolly plan A. He has murdered other american citizens such as anwar al-awlaki.

I won!!! I won!!! I won!!! Judge Malihi ruled in my favor. Obama’s motion to quash my subpoena is denied! He has to appear at trial and present all the documents that I demanded to produce in my subpoena!

Make no mistake about it. This is the beginning of Watergate2 or ObamaForgeryGate. I believe this is the second time in the U.S. history a sitting President is ordered to comply with a subpoena, and produce documents, which might eventually bring criminal charges to the President and a number of high ranking individuals.

First time i heard his mother's passport listed his name as Soebarkah. Hope orly knows what she's doing.

That's a lot of effort to keep a document that you supposedly released from being checked.

Nobody is going to do anything. This whole thing will be overruled, overturned, and ultimately thrown out by some higher court. If the past three years has shown us nothing else, it has shown us that nobody is going to get any traction in any court that has a commanding purview on the issue of whether "The Messiah" is a natural born citizen of the United States or not. We're stuck with Bernanke's handpuppet in the White House for another year, whether we like it or not....

You are probably right, but the fact that this makes the Left uncomfortable is reason enough to do it.

There is a political wildcard though. Obama is not nearly as popular as he use to be. To many, he is seen as a economically inept lame duck on his way out.

Every few weeks Taitz takes to her blog and claims some victory, yet to date the news stories that come out suggest she is either delusional or flat out hallucinating.

Georgia will be interesting. I'm personally interested in the HI fight over the inspection subpoena. Why are they fighting so hard to keep a released document sealed from an inspection?

Could be that Obama's a little concerned. It would seem that he's putting out feelers to see how he'd do if he decided to abandon his social engineering project and launch a singing career. His stand up comedy act is cute, at times, but not cute enough to land a full time gig on Comedy Central. It needs few 'F' bombs added to spice it up. He's no Denzel Washington, the actor that will inevitably play Obama when they make the movie version of "Dreams of-----", providing Will Smith isn't available. Obie's bid for the part will be turned down..they just don't like a lot of mirrors on movie sets. Maybe he could be a stand in for those action scenes...or he could play Barrach Sr.
