Good point! I mean, look what the Progressive Left has done to Black America this century

That's got to be good for millions apiece, no?

But somehow white children of rape DO have control over who their fathers were?

But having a massive and growing demographic of extremely wealthy non-white Americans DOES mean it doesn't exist (outside of the Progressive Left, that is).

No matter how they twist it, to engage in anything so flagrantly and obnoxiously racist as reparations, EUGENICS must be involved.

    Hitler would have loved it.

And let's not forget the huge number of wealthy Asians, Indians, and African migrants in America. And more arrive constantly, because they know they can more easily do well there, than in their nations of birth. Wonder why that is ...... hmmm, it's a stumper!

Just the damage done during and since the Wilson administration is incalculable.

"By then, both parties had effectively abandoned integration as national policy, beyond what had already been achieved (and even that came under fire. in the Reagan/Bush administrations). Neither party pressed hard for further racial gains or pushed for enforcement of what had been done, and both treated racial aspirations largely as a patronage problem to be handled by Cabinet appointments and other political spoils. Most important, neither party was willing or professed to see the necessity to mount an attack on the economic trends that had created the inner-city ghetto and that also were keeping many whites and non-ghetto blacks in poverty and hopelessness."
THE NATION, Deserting the Democrats: Why African-Americans and the Poor Should Make Common Cause in Their Own Party, By Tom Wicker, June 17, 1996.

The DP party bosses have always been the guiding force of entrenched systemic institutional racism in the US. Once Malcolm X focused attention on this inconvenient truth the DP started doing its denial dance.

"You, today, are in the hands of a government of segregationists. Racists, white supremacists, who belong to the Democratic party but disguise themselves as Dixiecrats. A Dixiecrat is nothing but a Democrat. Whoever runs the Democrats is also the father of the Dixiecrats. And the father of all of them is sitting in the White House. [applause] I say, and I'll say it again, you got a president who's nothing but a southern segregationist [applause] from the state of Texas. They'll lynch in Texas as quick as they'll lynch you in Mississippi. Only in Texas they lynch you with a Texas accent, in Mississippi they lynch you with a Mississippi accent. [cheering]"
    https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Malcolm_X

As true today as it was then.
Joe Biden, "a southern segregationist" sits in the White House.

Reparations will not end systemic institutional racism in America.

Only one of our two major political parties that govern America has always been an instrument for systemic racist policies dedicated to the destruction of ethnic and racial minorities. The DP has always been the party of institutional racism, ethnic cleansing and ultimately genocide.

Ordinary Americans, sensing the sickness of the DP, are fleeing from the DP to become Independents or even Republicans - weak alternatives.

"Revelations of sterilization abuse during that time expose the complicity of the federal government. At first the Department of Health, Education and Welfare, claimed that approximately 16,000 women and 8000 men had been sterilized in 1972 under the auspices of federal programs. Later however these figures underwent a drastic revision. Carl Schultz, Director of HEW's population affairs office, estimated that between 100,000 and 200,000 sterilization had actually been funded that year by the federal government. During Hitler's Germany, incidentally, 250,000 sterilizations were carried out under the Nazi Hereditary Health Law. Is it possible that the record of the Nazis, throughout the years of their reign, may have been almost equaled by US government funded sterilizations in the space a single year?"
WOMEN RACE AND CLASS, Angela Y. Davis, Random House, NY, 1980. p. 218.

Recovering from over a century of racist policies will be very difficult and costly.
But recovery would be very cost effective - if it is possible.

There was no legally binding promise made and the field order was rescinded. No one today has any such claim. And BTW the original order was for "up to 40 arces" not an explicit 40 arces and lending mules to farmers.

So, does that mean you are a Catholic? :)

    The inconvenient truth:

"In the most heated exchange of the first Democratic debates, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) took Biden to task for his past opposition to busing as a way to desegregate public schools. As late as his 2007 autobiography, the former Delaware senator called busing desegregation programs a “liberal train wreck.” But numerous stories about Biden’s record on race have documented his opposition to the federal government’s racial integration efforts dating back to the 1970s and his fondness for Dixiecrat senators like James Eastland of Mississippi."
ROLLING STONE, Joe Biden in 1987: ‘We (Delawareans) Were on the South’s Side in the Civil War’, On Thursday, another decades-old quote of Biden’s surfaced courtesy of the Trump campaign’s opposition research team, By ANDY KROLL & JAMIL SMITH, JULY 19, 2019.

Joe Biden led the Dixiecrats to their finally victory over school desegregation.

Why do they call it "Juneteenth" and not something like "Emancipation Day"?

LOL! You think the Rolling Stone is a RW propaganda source?
How about The Washington Post? ;-)

"Biden, meanwhile, led a faction of Democrats to sponsor legislation that would restrict the ability of federal courts to institute busing orders, according to a 1978 account in the Wilmington Evening Journal. During this period, he worked to sponsor anti-busing legislation with Southern senators with segregationist backgrounds.

That upset Democrats who supported busing, and some of them took Biden aside and asked how and when “the racists had gotten to me,” as Biden told it in his autobiography. An aide to the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. told Biden he was being “duped.”
THE WASHINGTON POST, Joe Biden called busing a ‘liberal train wreck.’ Now his stance on school integration is an issue., By Michael Kranish and Laura Meckler, June 28, 2019.

Biden and the rest of the Dixiecrats trapped generations of black American children in failed school systems that are a critical part of our DP ruled urban hell holes. The DP always relies on the oppression of racial minorities to expand the power of its political elites.

Because interestingly, it's not a holiday honoring the emancipation but instead it's honoring when some Texas slaves first heard about it. It's a weird take to me, but hey, it's their country now.
