Trump wasn't found guilty of anything as desperate as you are to find something ANYTHING he has been charged with.

"A jury in New York on Tuesday found the Trump Organization guilty of all charges in a sweeping, 15-year tax fraud scheme that prosecutors said was orchestrated by top executives at the company.

Jurors deliberated for just over a day before returning the guilty verdicts on a total of 17 counts, including scheme to defraud, conspiracy, criminal tax fraud and falsifying business records. The company faces roughly $1.6 million in fines when it's sentenced. The sentencing is expected to take place on Jan. 13, 2023."

That's a WHOPPING $106,667 for each year violation.

WOW YA'LL REALLY GOT 'EM THIS TIME :roflol:

This guy Weissberg was ripping them off and got caught, he gets what he deserved. The company pays a minor fine. Trump personally had nothing to do with and this prosecutor had his tax returns and returned nothing against him.

Ahhhh no one in the family indicated in any part. The only RICO charges on the horizon out there are with another family.

This is their big moment in the sun. lol

Oddly, it just confirms how partisan and how corrupot new York and our government really is. People support it because they hate Trump without actually understanding why they hate him or they hate him because they were misled with disinformation fed to them by the people they admire.

This prosecutor had his tax returns and investigated and did not charge Trump with anything nor implicate him in any role in these tax charges. This was internal to Trump Co.

    Actually that is not correct.

The defense for the Trump companies was that the CFO (Weisselberg) acted on his own. The guilty verdict means the jury did not buy that defense. That executives in the company (which is Trump and his children) were aware of what was going on. With this verdict we can probably expect indictments of Trump and his kids.

Actually it is correct. If not, prove it. Maybe you can start another Russian Collusion investigation. lol

Maybe we can interbview his 5th grade teacher and see if he is guilty of something there too. These are just stright up Stalinistic tacics. Welcome to AmeriKKKa led by the far left fascists.

The lengths people go to are insane.

He was implicated up to his cheap toupee. The Defense attorneys attempted to put the blame solely on Weisselberg. The Jury did not buy the BS and found the Trump organizations guilty. This means decision makers for the company (Trump and his kids) are, by definition, implicated.

I don't have to prove it. It's already been proven in a court of law. Maybe you didn't read the headlines? Trump companies found guilty on ALL counts of Tax Fraud.

You cannot find the corporation guilty unless the people in charge at the organization were part of the plot.

But can't the corporation be acting on its own here? Perhaps Trump somehow injected his superpowers and it became "aware" (like SKYNET) and started doing its own thing, including tax fraud. Isn't that what an evil corporation would do if given human powers?

    Possible??

Yes the COMPANY was fined because of the improper filings as he was the head of the company at the time. And $106K for each year ain't no great fine.

Why haven't they been indicted already? He's had his tax returns and the business returns and Weismann and all the other testimony. Bragg is so desperate now he has announced he's opening a new Stormy Daniels investigation. When will you guys realize it will never end there will always be leftwing anti-Trump prosecutors who will gladly open an investigation ANY investigation into Trump just to keep him under an investigations going and the JUST YOU WAIT WE GOT HIM NOW CAN'T VOTE FOR HIM. When does it become persecution since they have no prosecution? I've been waiting seven years for these we got him now predictions to come true.

Are you guys being serious or is this just a snarky answer because you have no other evidence? No offense but I am just trying to understand if this is what passes for evidence in peoples mind.

NYC vowed to go after Trump the minute she took office. It was a witch hunt and if you know anything about companies or corporations, you can literally get them on anything.

It's nothing more than partisan politics and any company in the world could be indicted on anything.

and yes, OJ is guilty as hell.

I know a bit about NYC corporations. I work for a fortune 500 financial service company head quartered in New York and I would disagree that you can get them on anything. Our industry is under strict SEC regulations and faces constant financial audits. These are fraud charges which are extremely damaging to a company not some simple regulation violations.

From what I have heard about the trial I agree that OJ was probably guilty but wasn't that 30 years ago. Just because someone got off because of poor prosecutors does not mean the system is rigged. Sometimes it just means sloppy work. This is where I find the logic totally flawed.
