    Many and various doubts, in the Smollet case, that undoubtedly, is forthcoming. There is guilty according to the law, and there is COLLOQUIALLY, guilty, as in OJ almost cut his wifes breasts out, as he was angry for purchasing them.

    Same with Trump. He is guilty as sin, as we all WATCHED him collude, and obstruct justice.

    I can pick a few other links, but if you'd like to prove their info is wrong instead of lazily dismissing the source, that would be great. If there was all this Right wing violence there wouldn't be a need to create hoaxes.

    A false equivelency? I think not. Consult Merriam Webster on exoneration. No one at the FBI / DOJ ... past or present has accuse Trump of obstruction. The DOJ has no intentions of renewing Mueller's investigation of obstruction. Persons not accused don't really need exonerated. It's sufficient to point out that Mueller found nothing compelling enough to merit prosecution. Not even Comey's tears could persuade him otherwise. Neither will yours.

    The DOJ has not stopped investigating the obstruction charges, and the states is doing at their levels.

    You're such a card! Heard of "due process"? Like every other aspect of criminal justice, equitable protections are granted to both plaintiff and defendants. In Smollett's case the plaintiff being the people of Chicago Illinois. The people returned a 16 count felony indictment against Smollett. Based on the investigation conducted by CPD ... the entity the people of Chicago entrust with maintaing public safety. The people were deprived of their voice. The people were denied justice.

    Ah, the lies we tell yourselves just to cheat and mock the good. (BTW: what’s life like in your alternate universe? Bad is good? Good is bad? One man’s sin is justification for another man’s crime? )

    The prosecutors have stated on the record that Smollet is guilty and they have the goods to prove it. They claim they did what they did because Smollet is, deep down, an altruistic hero who deserves a break. But anyone who has unbroken eggs in their fridge knows they dropped those charges for the same reason Clinton visited Lynch, political favoritism.
