Thanks and I agree with your assessment. The black women were itching for a fight and determined to have one at all costs probably to put on Twitter. I also see them as the racist ones for continuing to call the couple "white" this or "white" that. There was no assault.

I see no relevance to her getting into the right side of the car either. Quite obviously her husband was driving lol.

 

It's obvious from the video that the one woman went to the back of the car knowing that they were starting to pull out. And seriously...who turns their back on someone that just pulled a gun on them?

The former requires Congress to pass laws, the latter does NOT since it can be promulgated by the local authority issuing the CC permits.

There is NO federal concealed carry legislation that has ever become the Law of the Land!

I say lock 'em all up. All this static over someone bumping into someone? Innocent bystanders in that parking lot were put at risk. We may not be able to cure stupid, but there should be punishment.

 

1. I didn't hear anything about beating anyone up. And even if that's so, pulling a gun on unarmed people in a crowded place with innocent bystanders was beyond mere stupidity. Just get in your car and effing leave.

2. The article doesn't claim that the woman was pregnant. She just has a little extra belly fat. Try not to make sh!t up ... that's how altercations like this get started in the first place.

Depends on how the legislation is written. Shall issue v may issue. X shall issue a permit if individual meets x. The issuing authority must follow the empowering clauses of the law.

punishment comes during sentencing, you want to punish someone longer, give them a longer sentence... simple
