Looks like Ginsberg is once again facing a battle with cancer. According to the article, this was announced by a law clerk.

Looks like Trump might now be able to nominate yet another Supreme Court justice.

One has to wonder if Chief Justice Roberts figured out that he may no longer be in the position of being the swing vote. Pity for the GOP-E if the court becomes insulated from the elite progressives lurking in both parties. No doubt, the Globalists will be sweating over this.

No doubt conservatives will be overjoyed by this. About a month ago a very disturbed poster created a thread celebrating her frail state.

 

She's 85 freaking years old, has had brushes with cancer before, and was in a health scare recently. Put aside the rabid partisanship for just a few seconds, you don't think mmmmmaybe this could be true?

 

Yep, Ginsberg is 85 and couldn't possibly have health issues. Broken ribs and a deteriorating spinal column must also be exaggerations.

 

Sure is plausible, maybe someone could ask one of her law clerks. This is big news and hopefully the Republican majority in the Senate should assure another "easy" pass for another Federalist Society pick.

You would expect the mainstream media to pick this up at a time when there was an active Senate race going on in Mississippi ?

The cancer issue was probably noticed when she went into the hospital to treat her broken ribs. And now she has let her clerks know about the return of the cancer after remission.

I would be cautious about any articles published by the Santa Monica Observer. This hasn't been reported anywhere else yet that I have seen so far.

Sourcing seems pretty weak. Comments indicate this story has been around since at least 11/8/18, even though the page seems to indicate it was published today (dodgy). Also, the author posts stories infrequently and this is decidedly out-of-the-mainstream publication. While it's possible this journalist managed to get a scoop from someone who was "in-the-know", it's unlikely that if this were true it would remain below the radar for this long. I'm calling Shenanigans.
