Free Americans should have access to any weapon the government has that can be beared. Criminals should either be in jail or when free have access to guns. If they use them wrongly, you jail them or put them down.
There is no justification. Laws should not be used to restrict people who have done nothing wrong based on the actions of a few lunatics. Like I've said a million times, if that is your justification, then we should ban Muslims from our country too! We should ban them or severely restrict them based on the actions of a few lunatics, right?
Don't some people argue that guns which are NOT available for ownership on the private market - due to government business restrictions - is an infringement on the right to bear arms?
