Catch up. Even the liberal Snopes admits Brown appointed Harris to government jobs after having (keeping it polite) a relationship with her.

Firstly, this is unethical conduct for him to make the appointments and for her to accept them -- given the relationship. Secondly it makes her look like a prostitute unless one thinks she was [servicing] the 30 year older than her 60 something Brown because of his mojo and not his political power.

 

I was thinking about that too, but didn’t say anything. It is weird to have a VP nominee with such reputation.

 

I did realize that her statements are subject to interpretation and removed them.
But considering the timing of when this was recorded, I do get the impression that she talked about rioting in Portland that kept going in late May, early June after other protests started to die down. The host referenced protests that “were not reported”, but Kamala didn’t let him finish. I remember being surprised in the middle of June to find out that riots were happening each and every night in Portland since mid-May, as those were ignored till Trump started talking about sending the Feds there, which made the riots his fault in the eyes of the mass media and the left.

 

When you consider what is News if something happens every day is it News. The earth revolves around the sun so that is not news. If the earth stopped in it's tracks one day that would be News. Of course it could the death of all of us too.

 

No. The OP is completely fabricated. The interview she is giving is talking about protests. Riots or looting is not discussed in the OP clip.

She has achieved a lot on her own over the years. I get that you are scared of her as a political candidate but you can’t shoe that she had that relationship for the purpose of getting an appointment. You can’t prove that it was transactional rather than just attraction to power.

Without having watched the video, I'm sure what she said isn't the "riots" shouldn't stop. I'm sure that she said the protests shouldn't stop. A key point is that It really doesn't matter if Biden or Trump wins. Trump is currently the President, while this is happening. It doesn't matter which Party is in charge at the local level, either. Protests will occur in one form or another, until the people protesting no longer believe there is an issue serious enough to galvanize them.

How many protests are occurring across the country?
How many are tuning violent.

The 2 biggies right now are Portland and Kenosha.
But I suspect there are more protests in cities than just those 2.
Then just about all sports leagues staged a protest this week and there were no violence stemming from the sports leagues protests.

This is the point that the lefties fail to bring to the table. "peaceful protesters" who cannot tell us what the hell they want > get mixed in with the blm crowd who also screech bullshit > turn into battles with what is left of the police force > turn into freeshit as soon as a storefront window is smashed > turns into the media publishing police brutality headlines.
Given the cities involved have been led by democrats for decades and the feckless mayors and governors in those states refuse to handle the situation with a hard show of force, this will go on and on.
At the onset of this "summer of love", I believe the democrat party, by obviously looking the other way, thought this would help their cause come election day.
Now that there are five million new gun owners on the street and ammo is nowhere to be found, the hard left is coming to the realization that most of those gun owners are probably not conservatives and they are probably hurting their own cause by promoting the continuation of those "peaceful protests".
