I have never witnessed a more unserious person in high office. She acts as if is just about having fun running around playing VP as the first this or that and that is all that matters. LOOK AT ME AREN'T I WONDERFUL??

Most of this post is completely incorrect.

However I am curious...why do you think populism is "nonsense"?

    Nope, incorrect.

Though I am not surprised you would create such a fallacious argument completely by yourself.

    Its par for the course.

Anything that is founded 100% on appeasement is BS, and populism by definition is all about appeasing people and telling them and giving them whatever happens to be populate at any given time. Principles go out the window, and in the case of GOP the conservative principles went out the window.

It doesn't imply anything to me.
No worries, no need to explain. Let me try

"Your side wants democratic policies...just in somebody else's neighbourhood. "

= Moderate conservatives want democracy in other people's neighborhood.

That's how it comes across, which is why I said I have no clue what you are trying to say.

Good post ... and where has she been .. Once would think that since it is painfully difficult for Biden to appear and speak in public .. Kamala would be picking up some of the slack .. not requiring as many afternoon naps and still able to remember what she had for breakfast.

It means that when analyzing democratic lead states to see what they do when they have all the power, you do not get democratic policies.

In this instance, they are referring to zoning laws to place low income housing in more rich upper class democratic neighbourhoods.

"we want low income housing spread out!...just not in our neighbourhoods"

    :)

Any bastian of normalcy that isn't a complete shithole is due to democrats refusing to implement democratic policies.

    Have fun with that.

All of that is nonsense, politics in general is about appeasement. Literally voting so you can have what you want, policies you want, etc is appeasement.

Your entire premise is as I suspected, based on nonsense.

No, there are principles like conservative principles, free market principles, and many voters (including myself) appreciate those politicians who stick by those principles.

Perfect example = Ron Paul. I was a big supporter, because I knew he would stick to his principles.

Populists, in the other hand, promote whatever is popular at the time, which is another way to describe appeasement. Principles don't matter, which means once populists get into power, they can get their followers to support just about anything.

"A man without principles is like a ship without compass"
