On this weekend’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said the testimony of Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser, Christine Blasey Ford would not change his mind, but he added that caveat that “unless there’s something more.”

When asked if there “is anything Ford could say” that would change his vote for Kavanaugh, Graham said, “I want to listen to her, but I’m being honest with you and everybody else. What do you expect me to do? You can’t bring it in a criminal court. You would never sue civilly. You couldn’t even get a warrant. What am I supposed to do? Go ahead and ruin this guy’s life based on an accusation? I don’t know when it happened, I don’t know where it happened, and everybody named in regard to being there said it didn’t happen.”

 

Her husband swears she did. If someone or more come forward and claim to have had sex with him in HS or college, that would indicate he's lying.

However, let's go with this. We're talking about a guy who claims to been a virgin into his 20s. That's a little pathetic IMO. Didn't he have any friends to hook him up?

 

I disagree with Graham a lot but he's right.

 

I've already got one $25 bet that Kavanaugh will be confirmed. No one else will bet me he won't be, but I see a lot of whining and complaints about it (not from you. )

 

Personally he's too conservative for me. I'd have preferred a moderate right winger.

Actually it wouldn't. But you would need to understand reality to know a claim with no facts means nothing.

Actually we don't know that. He graduated at 18. He refused to specify how many years later.

Perhaps he didn't have an older brother or male role to take sexual advantage of him as many boys had. Boys or girls who go after another's virginity can have a very dark past. Its not a crime to be a virgin through high school.
