yep, let the rape victims choose to have or not have their rapists baby... big government republican want to take away that choice

 

i do not think it is possible to compromise on lawful executions of the innocent

they are fixin' to outlaw abortions completely when ruth bader ginsburg is no longer on the Supreme Court.

 

It's discriminatory since abortion would only be available to those who can afford it.

 

You realize that the Supreme Court - and the entire country - was more conservative when they decided Roe v. Wade don't you?

Read the Court decision, the justices took a look at how impossible it would be enforce anti-abortion legislation in any type of equitable way, and came to
the correct conclusion that it would be impossible without completely disregarding Constitutional protections of privacy and self-determination. They also came to the conclusion that only poor women would be subject to any type of constriction by the laws - the middle-class and wealthy would merely take "vacations" to places where it was legal.

 

Kill it. After all, it's half a rapist's baby. I think that we can all agree that the rapist's mother should have killed him.

Law? I never … who? What? When did we …? I don't want my opinions imposed upon my equals by force, not even by force of law. Why would you even ask that? Do you want you opinions imposed upon your equals by force?

I believe that we should keep abortion legal so that mothers choose the slain; after all, moms know.

 

Put it this way, if not for Roe V. Wade, there would now be among us, just here in the US, another thirty three million very real people all raised by mothers who would have just as soon killed them had it been legal. Abortion kills people, but it kills the right people. Keep abortion legal; let mothers choose the slain. After all, moms know.

 

You use terms loosely, and that is how you find a wrinkle through which you can justify spreading error and confusion. A FETUS IS NOT, ACCORDING TO ANY DEFINITION OF "PERSON", A PERSON.

So abortion does not kill a "person". Nor does it kill a "baby" or a "human being". An acorn is not a tree. An egg is not a chicken. A fetus is not a human being, baby, or person. Check the definitions ..... --especially legal definitions since this is about a law.

 

Or you can just pretend they don't happen and enjoy a warm feeling. Thats what abortion laws do.
