So peer reviewed studies are false because you think they are feelings and beliefs.

This is a game changing theory. It would flip an entire scientific field on it's head. You would be the most famous man alive.

Can you back this up with citation so all of your dreams can come true?

I'm sure having so much of our manufacturing going overseas also plays a part.

Waste might not be much of an issue with thorium reactors.

Many other countries don't bother with the costly regulations for running a clean plant. Our local eco-freaks are powerless to do anything about them, so they just concentrate on destroying the U.S. economy. Senator Harry Reid (D - Nevada) got Obama to shut down construction of the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste disposal site in Nevada to pay back the eco-freaks that helped him get reelected last time. That was a fine example of just how concerned the Democrats in particular and politicians in general are for the needs of this country. The eco-freaks get that shut down, but are all in favor of bending over and spreading 'em for the Paris thing. Yeah, we're really going to get somewhere with that kind of lunacy.

As an initial matter, I looked up hurricane strengths earlier in the day and mis-remembered the date of Wilma. My bad.

Now, you said these were supposed to appear by 2015 and obviously 2005 is before 2015...you also ignored the 2017 largest hurricane in the Atlantic basin.

And you asked for climate refugees, I gave you one example of refugees created, in part, because of climate change. Of course other factors played a bigger role. When resources become scarce, people usually die to fighting before they die because no one can find the resources.

Some other predictions included warming temperatures (the last 4 years have all set records, including 2017 which is the hottest without an El Nino) and more droughts/wildfires (California is experiencing the largest in State history).

And ...by the way, those very dire predictions of by 2015 is according to who? Are you legitimately using Al Gore's reference to one of the most extreme climate models of the time as your standard? None of the other models or predictions registered with you or count?

Yeah, the 3 mile island nuclear plant which I can see from my window at work is supposed to shut down next year. Have not heard what it will mean to our electric bill.

I don't think you could call efforts to protect the ozone layer affecting the climate.

For sure. And then they hyperventilate about the changes at 40% certainty when we see changes inside of .1 degrees. Like somehow, those insignificant moves have significance.

Superficial, but wrong. The measurements aren't the issue, it's the smoothing that modifies them.

Funny. So, as we have extended periods of time that are cold, you're now ok using the same standards, right?

Do you have a link so I can see the context of the this 40% certainty figure?

There is a liberal consensus on the man-made-global-warming claim

    But conservatives have other ideas

We're actually heading into a mini Ice Age of sorts, for at least a decade, because the sun is going into hibernation. But I doubt the left will listen to that. They'd have to admit that global warming is nothing more than natural, and that destroys their argument that we should be driving wind and solar powered fart boxes. The main AGW preacher flying everywhere in his jumbo jet and leaving a bigger carbon footprint, in one month, than all of our V8's over a ten year period should be all the proof a normal guy with common sense should need to know AGW is bullshit.

I repeat, there is absolutely nothing that Humans can do to prevent the climate from changing.

Oh that's not a troll post. You think anyone that laughs at your retarded threads is trolling. Fact is, the sun is going into its hibernation period for at least a decade and that will put us back to where we were before humans were ever driving cars and fracking in 2000. I'm Lulzing at the stupidity of your thread.

Not just that, but even if there was, every other developed country would have to be involved from top to bottom and no country will be involved like that so this has been a losing argument since Al Gore dreamed up a way to scam an entire political group of people.
