Donald Trump and his crown price Kushner are complicit in the murder of Khashoggi by emboldening MBS and aligning themselves with the fake denials of of Saudi crown prince Mohammed Bin Salman, MBS.

The old saying follow the money applies in this case as Trump and Kushner have their noses in the Saudis' pockets hypnotized by the oil dollars.

Donald Trump even came up with the Saudi alibi before the Saudis did. A false alibi out of the Trump playbook.

Donald Trump is making himself the international target of derision and ridicule for his complicity, unpresidential utterances, and actions.

So, we don't actually know any facts yet. And yet the left wingers are stoking the fires for their next accusatory campaign. Kate's hit job on the Hill's op ed doesn't actually provide citations for her op ed, only references to other unsupported, un cited assertions from other new orgs. WAPO continues to thrash around since he ostensibly was associated to them, but other large MSM folks have done nothing other than repeat the assertions, and fail to provide any actual substantiation for their claims.

That doesn't mean they are wrong, it just means we have seen this play out before. There's an assertion, there's reporting of the assertion, then political folks use the references to the reporting to justify their comments, which then becomes a justification for folks to "believe" the event actually occurred as asserted, which then becomes "factual".

How about we take a breath, and wait for the actual facts to be disclosed? Is that just too much to ask?

And frankly, what's the ask here? The disassociation with the Saudis? WAPO op ed board came to this conclusion today in their own op ed. Severe our ties. Ok, to what end? Endless conflict that drives readership for the WAPO? That seems enormously self serving. For those in The Hill, I doubt that is a motivation, but for so many of the lefty news platforms, are they really advocating endless war to prop up their tenuous financial situations?

Who wrote that pile of crap that is linked? I quit clicking on Denizen's links because he is fond of ThinkProgress, DailyKos, and other obvious propaganda that normal people are repulsed by.

Well, over on the NBC Today show, Savannah Guthrie, that paragon of feel good joy and light sat down for a hard news interview with of all people, John Brennan. Asked about his deeply held beliefs, his certainties, and as much criticism of the Trump administration and it's current handling, John (he doesn't have a clearance anymore does he....) talked about his certainty that the CIA has "all the information" about the incident. Really John? And how would you know? Anyone discussing those very classified findings with you would be, well, committing a federal crime. But there he was, all dour, and gloomy, smiling ear to ear about getting to be on TV (ok it was NBC but it is still TV, right?)

I thought it was the Russians, Koreans, and Iranians.

Your nothingburger post is proof TDS does still reside in the heads of the alt-left.

    Fact: Kashoggi entered the consulate
Fact: Kashoggi was not seen leaving the consulate and hasn't been heard from since.

But yeah, let's wait to hear what MBS uses for an excuse next. Could have been anyone, huh?

Ok. And yet, you still don't have any actual evidence that something bad happened yet, do you? You feel comfortable in your speculation, which is being whipped by those who have made unsubstantiated assertions that make you feel like you can trust them, right? It still doesn't then make you authoritative. Frankly, who cares what the crown prince has to say yet? How about we wait for the results of the investigation. Isn't that why we (the US) invested in sending them there to determine? If something untoward happened, let them find it. Then, at least, we'll have a basis for our concerns, won't we? To put a finer point on it, why do you feel it so necessary to run with the hyperbole that the MSM folks are whipping you with?

With the cast of actors including Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Muslim brotherhood, and likely Iran on some level its only logical Trump is responsible. There just isn’t any other plausible explanation.

Of course it’s the guy restoring law, order, and adherence to the Constitution in the most freedom oriented country in history.

When someone disappears and totally ceases all normal activities, that is enough to declare someone dead.

    So yes, something bad happened.

So you think that Pompeo is investigating anything? He spent minutes with MBS and was grinning like a kid at Halloween.

As for "unsubstatiated", I have shown you facts that you just wish to ignore. I did listen to the Saudi claim that Kashoggi simply walked out and that MBS had no knowledge 2 weeks later. In fact what they had to say is rather incriminating.

We need MbS if we're continuing our proxy war in Yemen against Iran.

But it'd be nice to think we have a SoS competent enough to tell the Saudis that if they ever kill another journalist who lives in a western democracy, our military relationship with them will not be sustainable, and we'll have to find new allies.

And regime change didn't work well for the last to presidents.

Gasp...... so now we know what happened to Bill.....

In fact, it is not. It simply means that you don't know enough to make an informed decision. But better question, why not simply wait until facts are actually available, and you're not having to rely on speculation? Too much to ask?

Why is there a friggin howl from the Democrats about some foreign journalist, whereas no compassion was to be had when four Americans including the US Ambassador were murdered in Benghazi?

Why would you deny something that is soooo easy to lookup?

As I keep telling you, there are facts already known. What we need is extra pressure to force KSA to come clean.

What am I looking up again? Someone is missing? Yup, got it. Is he dead? No idea, and neither do you. Is something wrong? Other than dude is missing? Unaware of anything other than speculation at this point. Which, I pointed out to you already, several times in fact. You suggest you're willing to go off half cocked and start shooting the place up though, got it. So, help us again, what are the Saudis supposed to clean for you?

That is one very substantive difference between Obama and Trump politically, rather than based on any financial considerations. Trump would not have supported removing Mubarak.

Good or bad, decide for yourself.
