So Trump campaigns in large part on locking Hillary up for her use of a personal email account for her public duties,...then,...when he gets in office, rather than locking her up as promised, he instead let's his whole crew get away with doing the exact same thing???

    That seems a bit.......hypocritical.......

It is amazing to me that Trump supporters seem to be incapable of at least admitting that the optics on this, as well as Trump's myriad ironic hypocrisies (golfing after criticizing obama for golfing, criticizing Obama for not releasing all WH visitors then not releasing visitors to Mar a Lago, air striking Syria after criticizing Obama for doing so, Afghanistan etc...). I have no problem w those arguing that it is somehow different w HIllary's emails, but at least have the decency to start off with "yeah, that was probably not really smart BUT...."
I don't think I have read one Trump supporter ever say, "yeah, the golfing thing doesn't look so good after having spent so much time criticizing Obama, BUT..."

As soon as 1 single piece of classified information arrives in or leaves from his inbox, indict and prosecute him, which is what should have happened to the Clinton Cartel. As soon as he begins deleting official emails or fails to produce said emails in their entirety upon request, indict and prosecute him, which is what should have happened to the Clinton Cartel.

Not true. On January 9, 2017 President Trump issued a statement naming Kushner as "Senior Advisor to the President".

If she reads it and forwards it she is.
She is the captain. It is her duty to safeguard the contents. You are wrong

Nothing wrong with using private email if its not classified and saved for archiving. And now with the Clinton precedent there is nothing illegal even if you send classified info and destroy the record.

No, she destroyed 30,000 emails, later to be determined to be both official business AND some classified.

we should investigate his email, make sure he never deleted a non personal email from his phone or laptop, make sure none can be reclassified as confidential and release all of them to the public like Clinton's

You have no idea how things get classified. It is NOT the sole responsibility of the SOS, of and any one government agency. So to claim that she must know the classification of every document/email that is UNMARKED is beyond ridiculous !!!

Now is it her duty to use common sense? ABSOLUTELY. Did she ? NO.

No, the Presidential Records Act requires that they use in house email. We learned this from the Bush Administration ;)

With that being said, this is a STUNNING revelation that they used a private email server. It basically throws the entire right wing talking heads into a guaranteed hypocrisy meltdown

She was absolutely responsible to know the classification status of any communication she handled and handle it appropriately.
But like a good captain, she doesn't want to take responsibility and go down with her ship.

At least with them, we know the Russians don't need to hack their servers to get access to everything they know :D
