And this is more than the typical response I get from you when I do that. You usually just slink off silently.

Nonsense. Thoughtless cowardly nonsense, in fact.

Europe Takes Charge in Ukraine War Against Russia

Change is good. Support for Ukraine has been insufficient so far and neither Biden nor European leaders have seemed to have much energy or focus on the matter. Now, "EU Is Looking at Ramping Up Ukraine Aid If Trump Pulls Plug," reads a headline. "France's Call for Stronger Europe Finally Gains Traction," reads another. Trump is good at shaking things up and spurring European leaders into action. Assuming he doesn't lose his mind and yank us out of NATO or some such, which would make no sense at all anyway, he could easily be very good for European defense, including in Ukraine.

The best thing for European peace would be for Trump to pull us out of NATO and let the euroturds learn how to abide by peace treaties all on their own.

They do abide by peace treaties. Pootler does not. He uses them to lull a future target of invasion into a false sense of security, then sends in the covert troops to start stirring up trouble and giving him an excuse to send in the regular army.

It's a very good thing Trump gave Ukraine Javelins before that happened. Helped save Kyiv and the Ukrainian government when the Z forces were trying so hard to topple it in a hurry and thereby take over all of Ukraine in short order. Now hopefully he can help Zelenskyy deliver the coup de grĂ¢ce to Pootler and this entire misadventure he started.

I don't expect Trump to be too pleased about all of the Iranian and North Korean involvement, either. That'll probably touch a nerve.

That's a big fat lie. Minsk 1 and 2 for example. Just stop with the projection.

More and more I am starting to think that some people are paid either by the post or the number of responses they get, or some scheme like that. There really is not much else to explain the absurd things being said.

Its like intentionally writing 1+2 = 4 because it guarantees someone will create a post to correct it.

I suggest you ignore those who are so obviously doing this. I think you are honestly engaged with the subject, but they are just stringing you along and could not care less about the subject.

I'd love to get paid to make certain posters angry by simply telling the truth. Do you know where I might apply for such a job?

Sorry Durandal - but since you don't know what correct is .. how can you say ISW has been consistently correct ? Switching from fantasy to reality .. it has turned out that my sources have been correct .. your sources have resulted in 100% strike out record on contested point ..and you have yet to understand what propaganda is and how it works.

The ridiculously false statements about Putin's desires .. desires he has stated plainly on may occasions so it is not difficult to falsify the ISW statements . regardless of track record of mostly correct statements ... intermixed with the occasional falsehood cause that's how a good ganda purveyor works Durandal .. correct most of the time .. but fake news in this case.

    The Pootster doesn't understand Trump.

Russian President Vladimir Putin appears to be assuming that US President-elect Donald Trump will defer to the Kremlin's interests and preferences without the Kremlin offering any concessions or benefits in return.

Newsweek saying Trump "ruling out US boots on the ground in Ukraine"?

Expect the opposite?....It wouldn't surprise me.

Another big ol' cow pie, of course. You and Bill have been laughably wrong about this conflict and how it would turn out from day one.

And come to obviously false conclusions, then fail to consider that you may be wrong and instead stubbornly cling to them.

The reality is the war has ****ed the global economy, including Russia. The economy, the deaths...the stigma. It's all bad. Putin in his wildest dreams never thought this would be taking so long and at such a cost. But they are all in. They are NOT giving up East Donbas because they held their **** referendums so don't hold your breath for that after all the cost Putin endured getting it.

This is going to end. You need to come to terms with that. I think Ukrainians are done with it as well. Trump will end it. The world will become safer and peaceful. And we can move on with our lives.

Trump will try, that's all I can promise. It's better than what Kamala and the DNC were offering.

But Putin has all the incentives in wanting to end this nonsense.
