    It is a standard legal maneuver so that the accused has an equal opportunity in selecting where the case is heard and by whom. If Mandalay Bay did not take such a route, they would be at the mercy of whoever their accusers selected.

    Prior to the LV shooting, how many people have been killed by a rifle equipped with a bump stock?
    Since the LV shooting, how many people have been killed by a rifle equipped with a bump stock?

    After answering these questions, soundly expain the necessity for a ban on bump stocks.

    I don't think they kept statistics on that; at least not until the LV shooting.
