Last Man Standing has been an amazing tv show on friday nights when they expect less people to watch TV. The show had 6-8 million people watching it which is amazing. Tim Allen is pro Trump and a conservative and this rare. This tv show was probably the only one on tv that pushed back against liberalism.

The network claims it cancelled the show because it wants to remove comedy fridays. That is the lamest lie I have ever heard. Army wives was on air for many seasons with only about 3 million viewers and was not canceled untill the show dropped down to about 2 million viewers. (Army Wives had 7 seasons) Many shows have poor ratings and less viewers and they are left on the air so why cancel a show that has more then 6-8 million people watching it on a friday night?

The answer is they warned Tim about some of his comments and decided to can the show because they are to liberal and don't want a conservative on tv. It's stupid.

Please sign this petition to keep the show on the air. We have almost 500,000 votes and we need more.

Me and my wife found this show to be funny and we loved it. What do you all think was the reason for the show to be canceled?

It looks like liberals want to control everything now including what we can watch on tv for comedy shows. The radical left is indeed trying to take over. I'm so glad I did not vote for Hillary.

The show is crap and Allen is a one trick pony that was already old during home improvement.
If you like wallowing in right-wing brain farts and crude sexual bragging, why don't you follow trump's tweets instead?

It showed in the Netherlands too. Had a few moments, but didn't do anything outstanding I'd say.

Those reactions are just speculations on why it was canceled. If there is an audience for a real "conservative show", there will be one sooner or later. That's how the market works.

You don't think you're being just a little bit paranoid? You know, thinking you see secret messages in TV-shows and whatnot, it's a pretty clear indicator.

Could it be that the series wasn't particularly good, or it underperformed, or the actors weren't really interested in doing it, or the executives simply didn't like it?

No, of course not, it must be those filthy stinkin' libruls conspiring to silence you!

Never saw it. Don't have an opinion.

Glad you liked it. Hope some cable channel picks it up so you can watch it.

Me, I almost never watch broadcast television anymore.

Just a few things about the OP. Tim Allen was a Kasich supporter, not a Trump supporter. He calls himself conservative but also said in the same interviews that he votes for people from both parties. He said pretty much the same stuff (about being a non-liberal in Hollywood) as other stars have, like Kelsey Grammer and John Ratzenberger and Powers Booth and Gary Sinise and Janine Turner and others. And they all keep/kept working without any issue.

His show wasn't cancelled because of his comments about being conservative in Hollywood. ABC is in the money making business, not the business of politics.
