    The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights is a propaganda construct of the MI6, and is paid for by the British government, so take everything they say with a grain of salt. Remember the 7 non existent hospitals that Russia bombed to distract from the real one in Afghanistan that the US bombed? Well obviously this is just another distraction to cover up Washington's latest actions in Syria.

    Bottom line, and certainly without meaning to come across as a smart-ass by using the following aphorism: Unfortunately the jihadists have infiltrated the civilian population - it's what they do?? - and 'you can't make an omelette without breaking eggs'. The only alternative to all this is to allow the numerous jihadist factions the freedoms they need to achieve their goal, and that goal is sharia law, and global domination of the religion of Islam. So try blaming them rather than those who are trying to stop them doing it?
