    This incident demonstrates just how juvenile things have become in this society. Donald's willingness to play along in the frat boy game speaks volumes about how low class our society has become.

    I only say this because Trump wasn't President for 5 minutes and the media began their hatred and impeach talk. So anything and everybody who can help destroy Trump they will splash a mike in front of them.

    You Trumpbots are STAGGERINGLY naive, IMO. You automatically believe EXACTLY what Trump wants you to believe that he and he alone orchestrated the release. Jeez...you want some swamp land also?

    After thinking about this, I don't think Trump had anything directly to do with getting the 3 released. And I would say the same if Obama or GWB or any other POTUS had 'got them released'.

    When has China EVER done what another country asked them to do - when it was not in their best interests? Like Trump asked China to release the three and they said 'Why...sure Donnie'. Riiight. And he just happened to first hear about it after he landed in (whereever the heck he was)? Suuuure.
    The Chinese probably wanted rid of these three as they could be a BIG hassle to them - keeping three Americans locked up for years just for shoplifting. China surely knew what a huge deal Trump/the media could make out of it if he/they wanted to. And China wants trade with America - not trouble over three basketball players.
    So, I GUARANTEE you what happened was they offered to release them and give Trump the credit in exchange for something from Trump in return.
    That is how things work between countries - especially major ones...almost ALWAYS.

    I might give Trump some minor credit for this (for whatever he gave in return). But to give him all/most of the credit is ridiculously naive, IMO.
    Ball's father is probably right.

    Okay...since you appear to be SOOOO certain that Trump was the primary/sole reason these three were released...why don't you provide us all with a link to an unbiased source that shows factual proof of this?
