    Law and Justice?

WHAT LAW AND JUSTICE? NOT IN AMERICA! WE LIVE IN A TWO TIER JUSTICE SYSTEM WHERE DEMOCRAT POLITICIANS OWN AND CONTROL THE AUTHORITIES, THAT CAN PUT ANYONE IN JAIL OR PRISON. CIA AND OR FBI. THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING, AND THEY DO, WITHOUT HARDLY ANY REPROCUSSIONS!

TO BE A REBEL IN TODAY'S SOCIETY, AGAINST "THE SYSTEM", IS TO BE AN AMERICAN CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN.

Well, there certainly seem to be some blaring double standards in some types of situations.

One problem is there seems to be a lack of inherent accountability built into the system. Judges and prosecutors can commit abuse and then very plausibly be able to claim "they didn't know" or they were "only following the law", due to how the system is set up. There are no easy fixes to that problem.

Ultimately you are going to get abuse if the people in power don't have ethical standards and integrity.

I do think one big problem is it is very common among those on the Progressive Left not to have ethical "principles". I do not mean this as an insult, but mean this plainly as a matter of fact; many of them simply have a different worldview on what morality is. It's the difference between deontological and ontological ethics. It is sort of a "means justify the ends" mentality, rather than a desire to abide by certain rules in the thought process, or any desire to maintain logical intellectual consistency in the thought process used to justify the decision (an offshoot of "moral relativism", I think).

They seem to be able to justify everything they and their politicians do. which doesn't make any logical sense, because nobody is perfect.

And of course the Right would never do any such thing.

what does two tier justice system mean to you? Republicans are held accountable for our actions, and democrats aren't.

Since when? I Google 'list of federal political scandals'. Look at the lists. Both sides are represented. You're making false statements. Probably not intentionally.
