The facts don't have a shelf-life. They're just facts.
Not true of the DNC when the facts put them in a bad light They are quickly never spoke of or simply reworded to make them all Shinny and new again!!
It's only a lie if he knew it wasn't true. In his opinion all documents which NARA requested and entitled to was turned over. Despite this level of corborration the head of NARA decided to inform the DOJ that classified documents were discovered in those boxes instead of waiting for more to be turned over. Why?
There's no quicker way to get a Trump supporter to falsely claim "fake news" than to simply, directly quote Trump. Exhibit 1,927.
But the facts here are in evidence. Trump did have the documents, and he admitted to taking them. Meanwhile, there is no evidence for your desperate attempt at whataboutism.
Calling the selective faux outrage expressed by people who have deliberately taken Trump's statement out of context a deflection for #Twittergate. The more important issue is that Twitters' Trump haters, those in charge of moderation, acted as the third arm of the DNC to suppress real news stories that may have changed the outcome of the 2020 Presidential election. That's not all though. The DNC worked with the Twitter Nazis to hell suppress news about Hunter Biden's laptop.
You want to read about the real unAmerican rot, here it is....
Matt Taibbi on Twitter: "1. Thread: THE TWITTER FILES" / Twitter
The only people taking it out of context are those desperate to hide his words and defend him. But special gold star about using the phrase "out of context" while also calling Twitter Nazis. Chef's kiss on that kind of talented self deception.
Like I said, WAS.
I guess no answer is forthcoming.
How utterly unAmerican... "The Biden team" actively participated to suppress the first amendment rights of many Twitter using American citizens, e.g., The WA Post, in order to affect the outcome of the 2020 election.
Matt Taibbi on Twitter: "8. By 2020, requests from connected actors to delete tweets were routine. One executive would write to another: “More to review from the Biden team.” The reply would come back: “Handled.” https://t.co/mnv0YZI4af" / Twitter
Case in Point:
Obviously the left doesn't give a **** about freedom of speech. If they did they would want to know what their leaders were doing to suppress it. This isn't about what a private company was doing; it's about what a private company was doing at the directions of government officials.
Because tRaitor tRump was asked for them and never complied. And this is a different topic than the OP.
There is no first amendment right to post dick picks of Hunter Biden on Twitter.
No honest person can now deny that Biden's team is an enemy of the Constitution. #TWITTERGATE proves that they actively participated in violating the First Amendment Rights of American citizens to affect the outcome of the 2020 election.
Oh, but orange man Trump wrote mean tweets.
So...........you've chosen to be critical of something that hasn't happened. Rather pathetic if you ask me.
Then why are you responding to it?
For the most part they don't. As far as policy is concerned none of the most likely Republicans differ much and that's a good thing. Trump simply has too much baggage right now to win the general.
As they say, facts not in evidence.
So if he would just shut his mouth you would vote for him.
Sorry to disappoint, but I'm not really putting any effort into this. I'm just comparing what he wrote with the subject line of this thread and the article.
Way to simplistic.
Well, we both know Trump will never shut up. So, yea, I was making it simple.
Trump and the Mar-a-Lago documents: A timeline
May 11: According to a court filing by Trump’s lawyers, the custodian of his records receives a grand jury subpoena seeking all “documents bearing classification markings” that are still in Trump’s possession. The filing indicates that in response, Trump asked his aides to look for documents marked classified, even if he believed they had been declassified.
Spring: Around this time, members of Trump’s legal team conduct what they characterized as a thorough search of documents still held at Mar-a-Lago, attorney Christina Bobb would later say in interviews. “The legal team had done a very through search. We turned over everything that we found,” Bobb told Fox News’s Laura Ingraham. “It’s my understanding based on very good belief, based on a thorough investigation, that there was nothing there.”
"This level of corroboration?" Did you mean cooperation? From everything we know Trump's cooperation was to resist efforts by the NARA to get the docs back, falsely claim unreturned docs had been de-classified, not return all the docs, lie (through an attorney) about them being returned, try to delay the DoJ's examination of the docs, falsely claim the docs were protected by executive privilege, and go judge shopping for an appointee (Aileen Cannon) who would rule in his favor in motions filed against the DoJ.
Terminating the articles of the Constitution is same as terminating the Constitution itself. I am surprised that you'd defend even partial termination, but I guess die-hard loyalists can't help themselves.
If you're going to point out my using the wrong word to "win a point" we're not going to get very far. Having said that your own citation makes my point.
"Trump asked his aides to look for documents marked classified, even if he believed they had been declassified."
Separate names with a comma.
