Not true. Arabian and African countries were at constant war with neighboring countries for a thousands of years. Europe has nothing to do with it. The US pulled out of Iraq and they still continue to fight and live in completely misery. USA actually helped them. Built hospitals and infrastructure, brought some of the Western mentality, and Iraqis still did not appreciate that. Sorry.
