The fetus is. It might be wanted. There are long lists for parents waiting to adopt, depending on what type of baby it is. Many have to end up settling with one that may not have been their first choice. But you're saying the mother doesn't want it.
When the fetus can take the pregnant mother to court, or raise it's voice in opposition, then they can fight for rights. Until then, we'll let those human beings make the decisions.

Why can it be a wonderful time but the woman is so miserable? Maybe it's not so unbearable then. The woman just has to put her mind in a positive space. It would be okay if she was getting something out of it (a baby she wanted), so why should it be so bad if she's not getting anything out of it?

I am going to be nice here in my response and just state - A sperm is alive. Have you never heard the term "live sperm" ... as opposed to "dead" ?

I don't know but it's obvious they have no point when they say it. So what if life started a million years ago or today in the womb..... I always ask them if life starts in the womb does that mean the parents were dead? But I never get an answer
