    No it is part of the Constitution not part of the legal system. High crimes and misdemeanors are not defined in the legal code.

    Does it take 60 in the Senate? If it does, removal from office seems unlikely.

    Love him or hate him; The Donald is a straight talker (which "offends" some people..too bad) who will keep his word to the American people who voted him in.

    no they did not report to Obama. And no they were not fired for plotting against Trump. There was zero evidence of any actions taken that showed prejudice or actions against Trump.

    And if plotting to remove Trump from office were a capital offense which it isn’t currently the fifty plus percent of Americans who favor impeachment and removal from office would be guilty of treason. Just so you know Trump is not the United States.

    No my friend, plotting and wishing for a different things lin the eyes of the Law.

    And yes, plotting they were, this is what “insurance” was all about. I know it, you know it. But for partizan reasons, you’ll never admit it.

    Meaning Democrats take the senate easily. They just have to say "My corrupt opponent wouldn't vote to impeach Trump".

    Pity the poor Republican senators. They're in a lose-lose situation.

    Bet you cannot supply a single text message that proves the political leanings of the
    Lovebirds had any influence on the Mueller investigation. Yes he didn’t like Trump but that does not prove he acted improperly.

    You might as well claim that a Mueller being a lifelong Republican made him run the investigation in Trump’s favor.
