I’m a bit puzzled with this attempted murder, or state-sponsored terrorist act, to be exact. The double agent spent a few years in Russian prison before he was swapped for other spies with the USA. If Russians really wanted him dead I think Russian prison is the best place for someone to die quietly without extra attention from outsiders. This terrorist act is more of a pre-election move by Putin in an attempt to get as many people to show up in elections as possible.
