    And away we go.....

    Today's stupid lawsuit

    SNIP
President Donald Trump’s campaign said it sued to block Pennsylvania from certifying the result of last week’s election, claiming a variety of voting irregularities, including that observers weren’t granted sufficient access to the ballot counting process as required under state law.

“Nearly 2.65 million votes were cast through a ‘mail-in’ process that lacked all of the hallmarks of transparency and verifiability that were present for in-person voters,” the campaign said in the complaint.

I just ADORE the use of quotes around 'mail-in', like that's some brand new technology... Might as well use quotes around the word "votes" while you are at it...

Can't WAIT to see what tomorrow's entry in Stupid Lawsuits is... any guesses?? Sue Californians for voting while their state was burning down??

Too bad he didn't confirm who he was shooting at, as soon as he shot one of the officers they had a right to shoot back and defend themselves.

They identified themselves and how many shots were they supposed to let him get off at them before they defended themselves?

If he had no arrest warrants and nothing illegal in his home, he would have had no reason to fire on the police had they identified themselves. Taylor was killed because of no-knock warrants and poor police judgement.

To bad the officers didn’t identify themselves and instead acted like armed goons. Tell me, if plain clothes individuals were enacting violence against you, would you think to ask if they were cops?

One witness of ten said they may have identified themselves. I’ll take the word of the majority on that one.

The closest witness and the SHOOTER ADMITS he fired first....he fired on them. It was not a no knock serving of the warrant, they were at the door for 90 seconds yelling open the door before the busted it open. Once he fired on the officers they had the right to defend themselves.

Guy was probably scared out of his mind that people were coming into his home to kill him. Shooting through a door may have been a mistake, but a bigger mistake was the police engaging in violent behavior without even making it clear their actions had the force of law behind them.

Dave, I don't know why you're bothering. Do you know there are parts in this, "new," conversation that are verbatim rehashes of arguments made in my thread on the Breonna Taylor case, (currently 20 pages in length, and) on p.12 of the CURRENT EVENTS LIST?

These are the SAME arguments, being made by a number of the same PEOPLE, which have largely been debunked by news stories, provided within my thread. Nevertheless, far be it from me to try to stop a wounded-in-action veteran, who has his mind made up to carry coals to Newcastle (West Virginia, that is).

So I'm providing you, here, my post from near the end of that thread, to someone just coming aboard & replying to my OP's early-moments article, which had errors (that had, long-since, been corrected). Anyway-- & I know you're gonna love this-- I provided that poster not just a list of my postings, but a guide to which ones had news links (though there are many other links, posted by others in that conversation). I hope it they come in handy for PART 2, of this debate.
