Islam is practiced by 47% of Africans, so you are pinning the massive problems of a continent on a minority percentage of the population that simply preaches contreception is bad, do I have that right?

Sounds like you just hate Christianity, but no, couldn't be that...

We're talking whether one is be to make a true generalization.
    I have.
you can't refute it, in fact, you implicitly agree with it trying not to officially concede.

That's why I use "relative IQ".
I know what I'm talking about, you don't.
The 'Flynn Effect' has raised everyone's. However the Gap remains pretty constant virtually everywhere.. after giving 3 points or so to poor populations for nutrition.
I have info, you have empty evasive/unsourced BS.

I put 'Macro race" in quotes for the reason these were the old largest categories, and still in use/useFul.
Used by archaelogolists and daily by Physical/Forensic anthroplogists.
    This is a ridiculous mismatch.

Race self- identification is Stunningly Accurate no matter the current word.
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1196372/
"...We have analyzed genetic data for 326 microsatellite markers that were typed uniformly in a large multiethnic population-based sample of individuals as part of a study of the genetics of hypertension (Family Blood Pressure Program). Subjects identified themselves as belonging to one of four major racial/ethnic groups (white, African American, East Asian, and Hispanic) and were recruited from 15 different geographic locales within the United States and Taiwan.
Genetic cluster analysis of the microsatellite markers produced four major clusters, which showed near-perfect correspondence with the four self-reported race/ethnicity categories. Of 3,636 subjects of varying race/ethnicity, only 5 (0.14%) showed genetic cluster membership different from their self-identified race/ethnicity. ...

You have FAILED to provide Links for this empty claim, and failed in refuting the main Point....
American 'Black' IQ is 15 points less than Whites.
    Period.
AGAIN, a figure you initially had very wrong at 30 points, as you conflated American MIXED race 'black' with the sub-Saharan larger group who scores 70.
    You knew nothing.

    Again, ridickulously False.
American Blacks are a Mixed Race of fairly recent vintage, with an average of about 20% White.
    ie,
    http://www.sciencemag.org/news/2014/12/genetic-study-reveals-surprising-ancestry-many-americans.

""The average African-American genome, for example, is nearly a Quarter European.."

So that is the Same as S African 'Colored.' A minority of Euro Blood.

    In conclusion one notes:
    1. You Disingenuously abused the multiquote by breaking my points into small single phrases, and DROPPED my citation evidences.
This is a reprehensible tactic of the lost poster trying to look categorical.

    2. You remain ignorant of even the concept of race and what constitutes it.
'Black' is not a race, it's a colloquialism from the nightly news.
Again, you even had the IQ gap wrong (30 pts) because you thought Hybrid Race American Blacks were the same as sub-Saharans.

    3. You post NO Links/sources in your goofy claims/posts.

    (from post #240)
    Boy, are you out-of-it.

A good example of a country that controlled its own resources and used them for the benefit of its own people is Libya under Gadaffi.

    http://www.globalresearch.ca/the-world-cheers-as-the-cia-plunges-libya-into-chaos/23474
    (excerpt)
    -------------------------------------
How was Libya doing under the rule of Gadaffi? How bad did the people have it? Were they oppressed as we now commonly accept as fact? Let us look at the facts for a moment.

Before the chaos erupted, Libya had a lower incarceration rate than the Czech republic. It ranked 61st. Libya had the lowest infant mortality rate of all of Africa. Libya had the highest life expectancy of all of Africa. Less than 5% of the population was undernourished. In response to the rising food prices around the world, the government of Libya abolished ALL taxes on food.

People in Libya were rich. Libya had the highest gross domestic product (GDP) at purchasing power parity (PPP) per capita of all of Africa. The government took care to ensure that everyone in the country shared in the wealth. Libya had the highest Human Development Index of any country on the continent. The wealth was distributed equally. In Libya, a lower percentage of people lived below the poverty line than in the Netherlands.

How does Libya get so rich? The answer is oil. The country has a lot of oil, and does not allow foreign corporations to steal the resources while the population starves, unlike countries like Nigeria, a country that is basically run by Shell.

I live in Europe and I talk to Africans here and they tell me that the Libyans loved Gadaffi because he stopped the imperialism and used the country's oil money for the people.

The real reason why Gadaffi had to die

Compare that to the situation in Nigeria.

    http://www.thirdworldtraveler.com/Africa/Shell_Nigeria.html
    (excerpt)
    ---------------------------------
In Nigeria, power does not flow from the people - it comes from Shell. Fully 90% of Nigeria's export earnings are from oil. Oil also makes up 80% of the Nigerian government's revenues. Half of Nigerian oil is produced by Shell. The revenues from the sale of that oil are used by the brutal Nigerian military dictator, General Sani Abacha, to suppress the freedom of all Nigerians. Shell, of course, maintains that they have no involvement in the political situation, and that their role is "a purely commercial one".
The origins of this struggle lie in the geology beneath Ogoni. Since 1958, Shell and other oil companies have been drilling in this region - the Niger river delta - known as "Nigeria's Kuwait". The local environment has been devastated by the drilling and production activities, and 6 years ago the Ogoni organized the Movement for the Survival of the Ogoni People (MOSOP) to demand their environmental and social rights. Their non-violent campaign has been met with force, resulting in repeated massacres of people and arrests of leaders.
Ken Saro-Wiwa and MOSOP repeatedly alleged that Shell is behind the ongoing violence in their homeland. They were right. Over the past year, an enormous amount of information has emerged on the situation which implicates Shell in past and ongoing environmental and human rights abuses in Nigeria.
When someone asks you why you are boycotting Shell, tell them its because:
Shell has devastated the environment of the Niger delta Shell has imported arms for the Nigerian military Shell has paid the Nigerian military to conduct operations in Ogoni Shell has provided logistical support to armed units of the Nigerian police and military Shell bribed witnesses at Ken Saro-Wiwa's trial Shell continues to be the single largest source of income for the brutal Nigerian regime. Shell is threatening the survival of indigenous peoples in Peru

    ---------------------------------

    (excerpt)
    ---------------------------------
The poverty of these villagers contrasts sharply with the wealth buried in their soil, a wealth that the oil companies - along with their pool of expatriate and Nigerian staff- enjoy. For more than a decade, the oil-yielding communities have been agitating for an increased share of oil revenue, along with control over resources and an end to environmental pollution. Under both military and civilian regimes, the government has responded to the agitation with undisguised severity. The current crisis contains the ingredients for another civil war, which could break up the Nigerian federation.

As I said before, in most of those cases they are planning for their retirement. When I was living in Mexico City in the eighties, I was told that the rule of thumb was to have at least six children. To have a secure old age, a couple needs to have at least four adult children to support them. Sometimes children die so they have at least six to play it safe. In countries which have national pension plans the birth rates are much lower as people's retirements are secure.
The first step in moving in the direction of third world countries' having national retirement plans is to stop looting them.

I am not a rabid ant-Christian like some on here, and if you had bothered to read some of my past posts you'd already know that.

I hate the attempts by the Catholic hierarchy to force their dogmas supporting uncontrolled reproduction on teeming populations afflicted by HIV and other problems. The West has control of most of the effective birth control tech and the Catholics are making certain that peoples that need it don't get it.

    I just came across this.

    Our Leaders Are Psychopaths

Listen to what's said at the 18:39 time mark. I'm not saying I'm sure it's true. I just want to get some feedback on it.
