One of the main things Birthers call evidence is that President Obama didn't show him the birth certificate they thought they wanted when they stomped their feet and demanded it. According to Birthers refusing to show anyone and everyone what anyone demands is surefire proof of guilt.

So by Birther standards, Wash's behaviour is certainly suspicious.
