Some people say the country has plenty of room for more people. Yet immigrants are clogging up all the big city areas and driving up housing shortages in the desirable areas people want to live. Should immigrants be allowed in on the condition that they not be allowed to live in any region that has been designated as a "desirable area" that has housing shortages?
