You implied that states right now inhibit the rights of Free Speech, Freedom of Assembly, and Freedom of the Press. He asked you to back up your claims and you responded with nothing to back up your claims. Would you please try again to justify your claims or admit you were talking out your A$$.

States place all kinds of restrictions on where you can speak or assemble or even where press can go

Yes, it is. You have yours, and I have mine. The difference between us is that I base my opinion on protecting individual rights and freedoms while you choose to place restrictions upon people's rights.

You base your opinions on being so arrogant as to be incapable of admitting when you're wrong, and if you really gave a flip about anybody but yourself you wouldn't be pursuing a path to eliminate personal liberty to enact a policy proven to achieve exactly nothing in regards to protecting lives.

If I am wrong I will admit. I have on this forum several times, once last week. But if I am not wrong I will not back down. This may drive you crazy but that is not my problem. This is suppossed to be fun. We are just debating....its not personal. We each get one vote so no one has any more power here than anyone else. Lets try to remember that.

And countless others have never needed insurance, a spare tire, a fire extinguish, a seat belt, or to exercise their fourth and fifth amendment rights. But ultimately this means absolutely nothing.

I carried a PPK almost daily staring at age 10... but, that was in the U.K. Lol, eh?
Without it I couldn't have made it through school.

I shot a strange no name no serial number .22LR PPK looking pistol when I was 10, and suddenly noticed I was bleeding, the slide had really done a number on my hand.

I had lost my Gun Virginery.

Yep, that gun could bite.. been bit myself, but the tradeoff when you learned the hold was near perfect reliability and excellent accuracy from a pistol that size. Like a woman, touched her right and....

They called it; "Going to Mayberry"
Felons target a small Rural town with little to no LE perhaps only relying on State Police Patrols.
Hence the fallacy one does not need Concealed Carry.
    Criminals love low crime towns.

Your car, the bathtub, the stairs, and household chemicals are orders of magnitude more dangerous than firearms.

Accidental firearm mortality in the US is 0.3% of ALL fatal accidents.

Meanwhile, you have an 8% chance of being raped, and a 40% chance of being a victim of a robbery that results in harm (lifetime chances).

While the data above is old, it was before the crime spikes in the 90s, so today's numbers won't be much different.
