She has a demonstrated track record of bringing together diversity and uniting it in harmony. She even officiated Elizabeth Taylor’s wedding.

As People magazine noted, Michael Jackson attended; Larry Fortensky’s best man “was Taylor’s hairdresser, José Eber.”

That's a lot of united diversity! What a pleasant breath of fresh air she is compared to all the other angry and divisive candidates she shares the stage with.

Reagan was a supply-side economics (the correct term) believer, Bush I & II were believers in big government spending.

 

Your question betrays your total lack of understanding in regards to what Marianne Williamson's unique offering is all about. Williamson's approach is similar to that of Gandhi's, & Martin Luther King, Jr's earlier. She has a far more holistic view of politics than politicians themselves have or the average voter. She is extremely perceptive, & far more accurate & constructive in her policies than any other candidate. Her problem is that most Americans are incapable of seeing the world thru her eyes. And that's a tragedy for all of us. Americans say they want change, but when it is actually offered, they can't see it. Perhaps it's just habit, being stuck in continual desperation so long they become blinded to the light.

 

Or maybe she's so freaking far out there that normal people can only shake their heads.

She's very easy on the eye, and she makes politics more interesting, and probably represents the view of a majority of people in the Bay Area, at least after they've had a few tokes. Bless her heart! I hope Trump makes her Ambassador to North Korea.

 

Compared to most Americans, or even most humans, Marianne Williamson is definitely "far" out there, but in a very positive way. Like Gandhi & ML King, Jr, she uses the power of love, respect, & cooperation with people rather the combative powers of jealousy, hate, & competition. Very few people are capable of such an approach, but she is, & it is so powerful, it would make a tremendous difference in political outcomes on all fronts & issues. As much as I hate to say it here, Williamson's approach is very much aligned with the lifestyle & teachings of Jesus, who also perplexed & confused, and scared many of those around him. I find it incredibly sad to see average Americans today treat Williamson much like the contemporaries of Jesus treated him. Williamson knows love is the most powerful emotional force in the world. It is far stronger than hate or fear, which is being used now to the fullest extent by Trump & his followers. There are a number of good Youtube videos showing Williamson delivering talks or political 2020 speeches from her unique perspective. They are powerful. I highly recommend them. I also highly recommend her as a candidate for President. She'd change America & history.

 

Those are some really bad role models, given their untimely ends. And given what happened to them, I'm not inclined to accept your thesis that love is stronger than hate or fear. I'm actually familiar with MW's positive thinking work, and even among those kinds of gurus, she's pretty woo-woo. Wayne Dyer was a model of sanity and groundedness in comparison. He, at least, never urged his followers to heal themselves without the benefit of doctors and medicine, which MW has.

 

Marianna should change her name to MaryJane......because that is what she has been smoking.

 

Please God, have Marianne Williamson put Joe Biden on the ticket with her.
