There isn't one. Except possibly the F/A-18 which the USAF would be loathe to fly for obvious reasons.

Communism never had to be "Russian style" to be a danger to the United States. Communist countries in central America would inevitably provide valuable bases for Soviet forces that could be turned against the U.S.
