As I pointed out not long ago, when people started to get their increases in take home pay, there would be a huge increase in the approval of the republican tax cut bill. It has now happened since most people have gotten a pay check with their increases. Poor mouthing by democrats like Pelosi and her "crumbs" speech has become a joke. Fat wallets speak far louder than a totally out of step twit from the land of ding bats. Pelosi really puts the ding in ding bat.

Well, the new law did mess up alimony law. Now the payer pays tax on it at the higher tax rate, so there is less money left over to be divided between them. Only applies to new divorces, which will be negotiated accordingly. It is a tax on divorced.
Are you "too shocked" to answer the question I have now asked you 5 times- Would you be willing to give up access to bump stocks. large magazines and semiautomatic long guns if it would make it much more difficult for mass shooters to inflict damage to so many victims? Good. Instead of incentives to get divorced, there should be incentives on staying married. Nothing has damaged our country more than the single parent household.
I have not seen any polls to support this. The ones I have seen suggest most don't like it (not the idea, but the way it was carried out which focused most gains in the top few percent). Unless wages go up the reforms which are predicated on this won't be popular. Given that we are likely headed for a recession soon that will be a while in coming.
