It has to do with overpolicing black people for being black.
I don't see you disputing that white drivers have more problems with the law than black drivers, yet black drivers are stopped far more.
I also don't see you disputing that white people do equal to even more drugs than black people, yet black people are arrested and convicted far more often.

That 54% of all violent crimes, that's just the % who the justice system convicts. The same system who hunts black people when driving / doing drugs while white peopel are the bigger criminal.

When one race is 3 times more per capita than any other race to commit violent crimes, that means they are 3 times more likely to have law enforcement interdiction.
The numbers speak for themselves.
If 13% of one race commits 13% of all violent crimes, you would have a point.
But when 13% of one race commits 54% of all violent crimes, you're just being silly with your post.

 

Again. Your data is about who the cops arrest and who gets sentenced.
When other data shows that even though the cops and the DA get more black people sentenced on drugs related charges by a massive margin, that it still is the white people who do more drugs... then the cops and the DA have been caught apply institutionalized racism. And this is what is going on. The DA together with the judges also get black people sentenced systematically harsher by a good amount under the exact same circumstances. That too is proving there is a systemic system going on against black people. Same thing with who the cops end up stopping while driving. They predominantly stop black people, while white people are statistically more worth their while. They analyzed almost a 100 million traffic stops.... where they even found that black people get stopped less when it's dark, and so conclude that cops have a hard time being racist when they can't see who is driving.

The 54% of violent crimes, isn't the % of violent crimes committed. It's who the cops end up arresting and the DA gets to convict. It omits who the cops do not arrest and do not convict, because they favor 1 ethnicity over an other. It's something that systematically happens. And so that % means nothing.

 

You can deflect to drugs and traffic stops all you want but that wasn't my claim.
And if you're looking for someone to blame on drugs and traffic stops you should be more attentive where it originated.
It was Biden who drafted the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, signed by Bill Clinton, that created mass incarceration of blacks over crack and 3 strikes targeting blacks as super predator's coupled with giving life sentences for drugs. It also enticed states to build or expand correctional facilities through the Violent Offender Incarceration and Truth-in-Sentencing Incentive Grants Program. The bill earmarked $8.7 billion over six years for states to build more prisons.

Who were using crack 10-1 over every other race? Blacks.

I am talking about the current rate of violent crime by one race that is 3 to 1 per capita by one race.
You can ignore the black on black crime (Which is higher than any other race by more than 50%)
You can ignore the rates of violence in riots by blacks vs every other race
You can ignore the rates of failure to comply which winds up fighting with police.

But nobody else is ignoring it.
