Based on your responses, you seem to be attempting to suggest Assad has not used chemical weapons. Further, you've suggested the UN has concluded only rebels are responsible for their use.

In order to stop Obama's attack, Vladimir Putin said he will destroy all the weapons, which he did. Everything was inspected by the US and by the UN, and they signed the papers that all the chemicals was destroyed.

Second, I was referring to the 2013 attack and the use of Sarin - kind of the point in asking "which attack".

Third .. have you read the UN document linked to in your post ? There is considerable uncertainty expressed in the investigation. Regardless - even if the SAAF used chlorine barrel bombs on the date in question, this in no way makes Assad guilty for the latest chemical attack.

The rebels were also using chemical weapons. Just as Assad using these weapons in the past does not make him responsible for this latest attack... the rebels using these weapons in the past does not make them responsible.

 

I say Syria didn't get rid of all their chem weapons and keep using them to till this day.
