There it is, he said it and the NY Times quoted him. The left can no longer deny they're in total socialist mode.

What kills me is the pro illegal, pro Muslim, pro tax, pro universal health care, pro drug, pro everything progressive even if it hurts, is that he's supported by rich New Yorkers who probably could have used their wealth to support someone with a more conservative approach. But this is New York, look at who they've sent to Washington.

That's not socialism, it's a different animal entirely. One that needs to be put down.

Weird. As a mayor he has zero power to do that. Maybe he is preparing a run against AOC for a House seat?

The filthy rich are getting tax breaks all over the place, helping them out. Their pay increase goes up no matter what and high rates too. Even if the company is about to go bust or managed to stay afloat on governmental help, them gimps are getting bonuses for a job well done while firing people on the bottom of the social ladder by the 1000's because the company can't do with them. While the pay at the bottom is that low that millions of working people are living on foodstamps. It's obvious that a honest day of work is not paying a honest day wage. That's the truth of it all.

    So yea...
What's the problem to end tax cuts for the filthy right?
What's the problem to make a company pay a honest wage for a honest day of work?
A honest day pay for a honest day work was the freaking cornerstone of the US.
It's not happening now. The entire market has been totally disturbed already.

There are MILLIONS of Americans who can prove that how socialist think capitalism works, is true.
They are on foodstamps while having a job as well. It's just not working out how capitalism actually works.
    It's just not.

Why don't they acquire the skills to be able to support themselves?

Could it be because of bad decision making on their part?

Why should the taxpayer subsidize bad decisions?

Actually the way socialism really works is the way socialists think capitalism works.

Was Stalin poor? Was Mao poor? No.

Socialism in a nutshell: a few ultra rich, everyone else eats dirt cookies.

Last year he gave himself a 15% pay raise, but I'm not sure if that was before or after he built a wall around the mansion he lives in. Both stories are true.

And there is the answer to why democrat leaders champion socialism.

That's how a person who makes $175k a year as a government employee earns tens of millions of dollars.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio will kick off 2018 with a roughly 15 percent salary increase.

The progressive Democrat, who currently makes $225,000 per year, will be sworn in to his second term on January 1.

Under legislation authorized by the mayor in 2016, he will see a $33,750 increase to $258,750 per year.

De Blasio's pay hike alone is more than the annual salary of a minimum-wage worker in the city, the New York Post reported.

I can see his justification now:

"I work hard, so that you don't have to work."

De Blasio is a typical lib who want to do good deeds with other peoples money. This is demonstrated by the fact that him and his wife only gave $350 to charity in 2017 per the tax return they released.

Who says they are without skill?

Well that's how big companies were being held afloat during a crisis the last time, so the filthy rich could claim their bonuses.

If they had good work skills, they would have enough income to pay for their own food. That's really how it works.
