Well, the dem clown show in the House didn't publish all the transcripts, only the ones that they thought would be bad for Trump so...what goes around, comes around.

Feel free to defend these rules instead of just posting a picture of a tissue box.

    Even if it is unconstitutional?

What's a transcript that they did not publish? I am only aware of the transcript from the ICIG which contained so many references (by the very nature of his involvement) to the Anonymous Whistleblower that it was effectively impossible to release that transcript without identifying the whistleblower.

You buy the Trump defense that the impeachment is unconstitutional?

Nothing to defend just like you said about the house. Elections have consequences, what goes around comes around. Schumer refused to negotiate so he could whine just like you guys. You're getting your excuses lined up because the end result is acquittal and reelected. That's on you dems that wanted to push the shame house bs. You literally want to put unverified evidence in the trial that you didn't even allow anyone to put a defense on nor say a cross word about. It's a joke and any lawyer worth his salt would have it dismissed immediately but we'll play your game for a little bit by our rules as laid out by the constitution.

I agree...in regard to the trial itself. Outside of the trial, other incriminating information may come out via the media or other court actions. If McConnell tries to bury anything new, which is significant, it will only make his cover-up more transparent.

No impeachable offenses are included in the articles. An opinion and an article because the House did not do it's job.

Trump had literally dozens of Republicans putting up a defense and saying cross words at every point the evidence was collected.

And Democrats actively defended the process by which the House collected and investigated the evidence for impeachment. The sole extent of Republican defense that I have seen thus far is, "We don't have to defend ourselves because we did not like the process that Democrats used in the House."

So you think Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Congress are not impeachable offenses, even if proven true?

If proven true? Isn’t that what the House was supposed to do but didn’t?

    Lap dog politics.

Schumer doesn't like the press being outside of the gallery.

Compare that to Schiff forbidding other Congressman from entering his basement, no cell phones allowed, bunker.

It's almost like the Senate Floor where the Trial will be conducted is different from the Secured Room where Classified Briefings and Interviews take place.

Opinions are worthless.... Just ask Sondland.

The reality is that there was nothing offered. Every single witness testified under oath that they knew of no bribery.

This show trail is political circus at its worst.

The Senate floor is fine with me...

"Government watchdog Judicial Watch has filed two Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests on the alleged activities of former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie "Masha" Yovanovitch." (TDR)

Yovanovitch will either have to tell the whole story this time or face perjury.

I'm fine with all of Schumer's theatrics. The end result will be the same.
