    How am I defending it? It's disgraceful behaviour. I was just asking for proof that they were underage pageants. I thought that Trump only owned the adult contest, Miss Universe.

    You don't find the Republican Party's attitude to abortion and gay marriage to be indicative of a repressive attitude to sexuality in general?

    It's among the best proofs in a court of law. Plagiarism is any "derivative work" but it is usually difficult to prove, particularly in fiction, without some direct evidence. Alex Haley lost a lawsuit brought against him over his "family biography" "Roots" largely on the basis of one copied page

    A direct instance of copying is very good evidence of plagiarism. The fact that Melania and Michelle's speeches matched word for word in some parts is pretty good proof that the one speech was plagiarized.

    Nobody really cares, though. Nobody was making any money off either speech which were both probably the work of speechwriters anyway
