    Yes, in the cellar,

What's her name? The leopard, I mean, of course. lol

Don't you think it would only be fair in today's climate, to have a Men's Rights section unassociated with MGTOW? or maybe associated. It could be a place for men to gather and discuss topics of interest without female input.

If that is wrong, why? I mean, if a bunch of men want to talk about fishing, only with other men, would that be okay?

Not wrong, however many categories are
In the league of British Men only clubs, there is a dividing line now as to what entities and groups and individuals, may have any exclusivity as to membership and it is not based on fairness, rather it is predicated by Party Politics and not logic or common sense.

There is one...but you can start another. Why would it be OK to talk about fishing only with men? Why would you choose to leave out women? Would it be OK to have a discussion about fishing with only white men? Sexism is just as bad
Seems like what you want is to preach to the choir. You want other white men to pat your little oppressed head and it would be other men who aren’t successful in life and need to blame everyone but themselves

So, talking about fishing is secret decoder ring code for, "Yu want other white men to pat your little oppressed head and it would be othe men who aren't successful in life and need to blame everyone but themselves".

Maybe this kind of talk would not be included in a conversation about fishing, amongst only men, therefore, they can enjoy some fun conversation about the concerted effort to oppress a nice trout with a hook in the mouth, a net and a frying pan without worry about it's feelings?

Have you ever fished for trout? What size hook to you use? Where do you go, in a stream pond, lake or river? Do you use brass colored hooks or steel? What size? Have you ever kept them or do you release? If you kept them, what is your recipe and how do you avoid the bones? Do you cook them on the grill, the oven or pan fry them? Maybe you use a campfire for the heat?

I’m a professional fisher. I’m also a professional hook salesperson, I’m also a professional chef specializing in trout. Sorry but I can’t tell you my secrets

That's alright, I don't like your recipes. I figure you must be eating lots of dill in them to be so sour.

You have Gay Men, that want to socialize with other Gay Men, while Women are not excluded, there are topics and humor that others might find offensive, and not humor directed against women.

Same thing, a Lesbian bar, and the women may want a womans night out, no men, although men are not banned...

A Black mans club for instance.

    There are many other examples.

Ive often wondered whether it was more 'feminist' to hit a woman for doing what you would hit a man for, or not. Feminists want to be equals, but they still get a lot angrier about men hitting women than they do about men hitting men

So do I, of course, because Im chivalrous... but chivalry is not 'equal'.

I made an OP about this a few times in the past... no feminist responses.

    Let us analyze here,

Ive often wondered whether it was more 'feminist' to hit a woman for doing what you would hit a man for, or not.

Feminists want to be equals, but they still get a lot angrier about men hitting women than they do about men hitting men"

    *******************************

Equality is not about hitting or anything other than Equal Rights by Law, it is not about hitting as in physical violence.

Example: London 1989, a young Lesbian woman was attacked, raped and crippled by 3 strong male teens, to teach her to like men.

Sick, this is what is complained of, not a pasting in the heat of the moment, and it is still assault, and too many times, a jaw is broken and injuries that require hospital treatment and stay over,
    Sometimes lasting permanent disabilities result.

There is a difference between inclusion and exclusion. Yes black guys like to hang out together. Yes white guys Like to hang out together. But when one group tells another one they are not worthy to be in the group it is different

The woman’s movement is about women. Yes I care more about women being sexually assaulted than I do about men because it is so much more prevalent. If men are concerned about it let them start a movement. Don’t ask women to fight your battles

Chivalrous should be be gender neutral. Everyone should hold the door for everyone else. It’s kind of sad that you say chivalry as defending women from your gender

It is illegal to assault another person of either sex so your point is moot!

As a man I was taught to always hold the door for women and children and it is something that I do without even thinking about it.

What is changing is that young people of both sexes are holding the door open for me because I am showing my age. While I don't need anyone to do that for me I do appreciate the gesture and always say thank you.

So... should I hit a women if she does something that I would have hit a man for doing?

Which part of the concept of physical assault being ILLEGAL needs to be explained?

Wouldn’t it even be nicer if we all held the door for each other?
I wrote a piece for the Times years ago on etiquette. And your first sentence was a point I made. Men are taught to hold the door for women/children. Click! Why not other men? Are women like children? As you say you are older and we were both probably raised that way. I remember as a young woman feeling like such a jerk as I was sitting in the car and I had to wait for the man to run around and open the door for me.Very often etiquette is man doing for women and women waiting. I also couldn’t call a guy for a date, I had to wait. My husband made a point and said that it was hard taking the risk of being rejected which was true. But I saw it as men learning to take risks while women were passive. Wanna go out? :)
