I like what Corsi is doing. He has decided not to plead guilty to being an innocent man, and is filing a $350 million dollar lawsuit against Mueller for damages incurred by his inquisition.

I can't believe our constitutional republic has allowed a thug like Mueller to continue for as long as he has. The so-called "special counsel" statute itself is outside the realm of proper jurisprudence to begin with, and giving someone like Mueller free reign to persecute anyone of his choosing is highly reminiscent of the gestapo era of the 1940s. I can't believe this is happening in America in the 21st century.

Beria, Goring/Himmler, Mueller; they're all cast from the same mold.

Ok, so let me get this straight. You think Cohen, who is an attorney worth millions and certainly capable of acquiring top tier legal counsel, pled guilty to a felony that could never have stood up in court?

Or that he had not surrounded himself with felons...could be that....

Grand juries are not a "jury trial" per se, and guilty pleas are not tried by jury. Seems rather obvious that you're the one with a source problem.

I personally look forward to watching Corsi lose and then pay attorneys fees and there by further increasing the profit already turned by Mueller.

    Felons and establishment shills.

I won't disagree that Trump needs to surround himself with more reliable folks.

Federal law. Why do you constantly need to be spoon fed information? Are you not capable of a simple search using Google?

Even when provided links, you rarely read and understand them. Go look it up. :)

Nobody honestly think trump will be impeached for campaign finance violations, especially without clear proof. Are you afraid the gop senate will impeach him based solely on claims by the enquirer and Cohen?

Even after this conviction, people will still insist there is no crime

Of course there is ... we call it the 4th amendment. There are Patriot Act prohibitions, ones that Clapper and Obama "modified" that restrict unmasking authority too. So Power's unmasking MIGHT not appear as suspicious AT ALL ... if not for the fact Mr. Clapper forged Power's unmasking requests on HUNDREDS of occasions.

I would argue that trump needs to become more stable himself first.

Wait. Didn't you just claim that hush money payments were federal crimes and impeachable offenses? Oh wait, one law for the folks you view as "us" and another for the "thems"?

It's weird how much the Socialist Left supports the destruction of those they first otherize. We are One People, with One Law, applied without favor.

If it's a federal offense for Trump to offer hush money, then it's a federal offense for Obama or for that matter of Congress who maintains and pays outs of a hush money fund.

Actually, it’s entirely correct. Facts are facts. The fact that you interpret them differently, doesn’t make them less accurate.
    And?

Yes, Mueller passed the case to the SDNY. This is perfectly normal, and common - or do you seriously believe that law enforcement agencies typically ignore evidence of wrongdoing beyond the scope of their own investigations, rather than pass it to an appropriate jurisdiction?

    Of course they don’t.
No more of a “preplanned hit” than any of the countless other cases routinely passed on from one agency to another.

Thereafter, the SDNY acted alone for its own reasons on its own behalf.

And, again, the AG’s recusal doesn’t matter - the case was pursued by his own office, regardless.

What’s more, Cohen was convicted by the evidence.

Therefore, Berman's recusal makes no difference - unless you’re suggesting that if he hadn't recused himself, he would have suppressed that evidence, or otherwise obstructed the investigation?

If so, why complain about his recusal? It's as it should be.
No rules were bent or broken.

Investigators might use robust techniques, including plea deals, but informants can’t just say anything to get them. They must prove that what they say is true, otherwise it has no evidentiary value. It’s useless.

Exactly. And Hillary, and the Podesta Brothers, and on and on and on it goes. The Left is erecting one set of laws for those they view as "Us" with fines and whitewashes and then scorched earth prosecutions and illegal spying on those they view as "them".

Here in America, we have One People, with One Law, applied without favoritism.

Oh are we blaming Clapper for it? Rice is off the hook?
Flynn seemed to get why he was unmasked. Why don’t you?

I would ask that you hold your breath until Obama is charged with committing a felony.
