Mike Bloomberg Once Again Called Transgender People “It” And “Some Guy Wearing A Dress”

"And yet, Bloomberg’s campaign published a new video on Tuesday that pledged the former New York City mayor believed in “inclusivity” for “LGBTQ+ youth,” featuring fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi declaring, “Mike is so incredibly sensitive to this issue.”"


Bloomberg’s sensitivity was far less apparent at a forum hosted by the Bermuda Business Development Agency on March 21, 2019, in Manhattan, where Bloomberg derided Democratic candidates for talking about transgender protections.

“If your conversation during a presidential election is about some guy wearing a dress and whether he, she, or it can go to the locker room with their daughter, that’s not a winning formula for most people,” he said.

Bloomberg made a similar remark about a “man wearing a dress” in 2016, but his comments uncovered Tuesday — remarks he made less than a year ago — came amid the early stages of the 2020 Democratic primary."

This guy adds so much flavor to the Democrat primaries. I think he's toast already but we'll see. The Democrats have a way of ignoring blatantly anti Democrat platform statements from people that are Democrat.

I brought up the possibility in another thread that media and Dem politicians are making so much money and getting so much tv time on the back of the Trump presidency they don’t want it to end. I am becoming more convinced of this. Add in the fact they believe they can get an even more rabidly progressive candidate elected in 2024 just based on historical party switch after two term incumbents and I think what we are seeing now is forfeiture in 2020.

 

Funny thing he's right, the tranny thing doesn't play well in most of the population. Not a good thing for someone who has to share a stage with rabid progs who've been pandering to them though. This race is going to be a disaster. We keep telling them the bridge is out, they keep telling us, full speed ahead!

It's actually kind of nice for him that it's all coming out at once and people could forget half of it. Not saying that he's leaking itself ha, but I think it works to his advantage vs. slow bombs dropped periodically until the election.

If Bernie gets screwed again and the DNC rigs the nomination against him, his followers will start getting violent and Bloomberg will be the target.

He is right. Identity politics might appeal to the loudest voices but it certainly doesn't appeal to the majority who will stay silent until it is time to cast their vote.

Michael Bloomberg should not be able to get the nomination on the basis of purchasing his way onto the ticket.
