That is a lot of refracted light represented on cloth.

A bit of history., Mike "I'm a Christian first" Pence has a log history of rather blatantly anti gay actions and positions. Same sex marriage, state sponsored pray it straight clinics, desiring exemptions form laws for Christian owned businesses and the like.

Well,a s he waits to move into the Naval Observatory, the fellow is renting a fairly swanky set of digs to the tune of $6k a month.

And some of his neighbors are politely letting him know that they do not share his slanted and narrow minded views towards the LGBT community in the form of rainbow flags flying proudly in his new neighborhood.

Some Washington residents who disagree with Mike Pence's positions on gay rights are making their values known to their new neighbor.
Until he moves into the Naval Observatory after taking office, the vice president-elect is renting a $6,000-a-month home in Chevy Chase, a swanky neighborhood in the Northwest quadrant of the nation's capital.

Some neighbors have put up rainbow flags since the Indiana governor moved in to protest what they call his anti-gay policy positions. The flag represents a symbol of pride in the LGBT community.
Roughly half-dozen pride flags are outside of homes on the block where Pence lives and neighbors say more are on the way.
"A respectful message showing, in my case, my disagreement with some of his thinking," Ilse Heintzen told WJLA, a CNN affiliate.
"I have no idea what (the vice president elect) will think about, but I hope he will change his mind," she added.
While some have praised Trump for his support for the LGBT community, Pence's history of conservative positions related to gay rights have alarmed others.
What a Trump presidency could mean for LGBT Americans
The Indiana governor attracted significant national attention in March 2015 when he signed into law a measure that would allow businesses to turn away gay and lesbian customers to protect the businesses "religious freedom." Indiana was the first state to enact such a measure.
"The Constitution of the United States and the Indiana Constitution both provide strong recognition of the freedom of religion but today, many people of faith feel their religious liberty is under attack by government action," Pence said at the time.
The business community -- including Apple and the NCAA -- protested the move, and some companies threatened to boycott Indiana. Some faith-based organizations also protested. The Disciples of Christ church group threatened to pull their convention out of Indianapolis.
In April 2015, Pence signed a new version of the measure that prohibited discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, a move that infuriated many of Indiana's social conservatives.
It was not the first time Pence was involved in significant policy issues impacting the LGBT community.
In 2014, Pence and Indiana conservatives attempted to amend Indiana's constitution to ban same-sex marriages. But Democrats, along with traditionally right-leaning business organizations, rallied against the change.
Back in 2010, then-Congressman Pence also criticized efforts to repeal "Don't Ask Don't Tell," the federal policy banning openly gay Americans from serving in the military.
"I would still have a problem with it because there's no question, to mainstream homosexuality within active duty military would have an impact on unit cohesion would have an impact on recruitment, an impact on readiness, that's been established and written about and chronicled for many many years," he told MSNBC.
And during his 2000 congressional run, Pence had a statement on his website that suggested support for conversion therapy, a controversial attempt to change people's sexual orientation that has been dismissed and criticized by major health organizations.
"Resources should be directed toward those institutions which provide assistance to those seeking to change their sexual behavior," Pence's website said.
Pence's spokesman recently told The New York Times that it is "patently false" that the vice president-elect supports conversion therapy.
More recently, Pence pushed back on guidelines issued by President Barack Obama's administration directing school districts to allow students to use the bathroom reserved for the gender in which they identify.
Along with many other conservatives, Pence opposed Obama's directive and said it was a state issue.
"The federal government has not business getting involved in issues of this nature," Pence said in a statement in May. "I am confident that parents, teachers and administrators will continue to resolve these matters without federal mandates and in a manner that reflects the common sense and compassion of our s

I doubt he will even notice. He's too busy to worry about a couple whining progressives who think they are accomplishing something.

Good for them, I hope it helps them cope with the fact that they lost the election.

I doubt he cares one (*)(*)(*)(*) about a rainbow flag....

Who gives a (*)(*)(*)(*) about Pence's neighbors rainbow flags? It always amazes me how we're told by the left they don't want people in their bedroom then do everything they can to tell people about their bedrooms. I wonder if these rainbow flag flyers would let their homes be used as safe spaces for the vast number of butt hurt neoliberals

That is kind of sad. As a vice president, I would hope that he would have a bit of care in him for all Americans regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that may differentiate them form being white, straight Christians.

How is being homosexual limited to a bedrooms?

Homosexuality is not a sexual act. It is the gender to which one is attracted.

Mike Pence has repeatedly targeted homosexuals as being less than other citizens in regards to health funding to promoting cult based discrimination against them.

Ha, they run a gay pride parade with the multitude of rainbow flags just about where I live and I have thought about putting up a black and white flag in my yard but I know better since I know the violent tendencies of the left.

Good for them, exercising their First Amendment rights.

Pence deserves all the slander and disrespect in the world. Indianans must be drowning in shame right now.

I go around telling everyone I'm a straight male because that's the most important aspect of my identity. Oh what no I don't.

Again who give a (*)(*)(*)(*) about Pence's neighbors flags? You tell me it's a big deal, but it's really not.

America's worst political party continues to have no solutions about the country's problems so they must rail on social issues, it detracts from real issues.

More false statements from a predictable source. Being against forcing gay marriage on a community through the courts is not anti-gay. Being against LGBT fascists trying to force their psychological state on people through judges is not anti-gay. Trying to help troubled teens is not anti gay.

Congrats. You hit the trifecta of anti-Christian bigotry and hate.

And I highly doubt he cares at all about the flags.

I think Pence should fly a Christian Flag under the American Flag in his yard.

But I doubt if the city would allow that.

I disagree. I think the things you mention are vociferously and adamantly anti gay.

I must have missed it when the LGBT crowd put flags up during the time Obama and Clinton were both against SSM.

Well said. Their version of Christianity that I was taught was the love thy neighbor, judge not, let he who is without sin cast the first stone part. Pence and the Christians who support him don't seem to have picked up those parts.

So a couple of his progressive neighbors decide to grandstand and make a name for themselves. Good for them. Pence has more important things to worry about, being the upcoming Vice President, and all.

Pence is being judgmental, as are his supporters. It's disturbing that that doesn't seem to bother you.

Based on what? Just because you don't agree? When did that become anti-gay?
