That's, actually, of small importance in the grand scheme of things. While I've had childhood friends & brothers from the Corps. die in Iraq & Afghanistan, they, like me & millions of other American men & women willingly joined the U.S. military post-9/11. Why? Because we wanted to protect & safeguard our country, family, friends & fellow Americans. As a result, we were subject to the orders of those above us. At the heart of the function of military personnel is following orders & as Kissinger said, being pawns for foreign policy. It matters not whether the War young men fight & die in is a legitimate War - soldiers, airmen, sailors & Marines do not get to pick & choose which conflict they are to enter in, they are ordered into action.

The real problem would be if what you described ever happened would be the reaction of the general public. Moms, wives, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, girlfriends, fiancees, dads, husbands, brothers, grandfathers, uncles, boyfriends, fiances & friends of those that were killed in action or hideously injured in what would be completely baseless Wars would be out in the streets (*)(*)(*)(*)ing ricky tick. All one has to do is empathize: imagine if someone you loved with all of your heart was sacrificed on false pretenses? That kind of raw emotion drives human beings to do things they normally would not.

And what would exacerbate the powder keg would be the knee-jerk reaction of the government. Lots of pissed off private citizens would be met by militarized police in the streets. There have been several recent examples of angry private citizens clashing with police who are trying to strong arm them into submission to restore order that the rich & powerful prefer with the result of the conflict spiraling out of control. If the U.S. government felt that a popular protest movement was a legitimate threat to its rule... yeah.

Do you think the US Government considers the Truth Movement to be any sort of legitimate threat?

That is what is funny about the US military. The WTC towers were designed in the early 60s. How much military hardware in use today was designed since then and uses more complicated physics? So if people in the military can't figure out what it would take to destroy 1360 foot skyscrapers then what does it say about their following orders resulting from the event?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=isVOn69ULs8

The nation that had a plane flying 2,000+ mph in 1964 can't specify the tons of steel and tons of concrete on every level of a couple of skyscrapers 50 years later.

Like Roman Catholics. Don't think, do what you are told. Stand up, kneel down, genuflect, genuflect.

No one is muting them.. Lies and half truths are perfectly acceptable.. The claim of being "muted" is just more of that victim competition.

when you really can't deal with the message ..... shoot the messenger,
You are participating in the muting of these sorts of groups, by labeling
them and alleging to speak for them in the matter of the "victim" bit,
can you actually address the matter at hand and that is the fact that
the WTC towers & 7 were Controlled Demolition + the fact that at no time
has the mainstream media or NIST or anybody published an accounting for
the airliners, I'm not talking about collecting up a bucket full of bits and calling
it good, I'm asking for what is done in the case of ALL other airliner crashes,
    account for the aircraft.

9/11 is the most poorly documented disaster since the invention of photography.

Yes, but not in the "they're exposing our involvement" way but the "their rhetoric is dangerous because it infects the minds of others and they then start railing against us too."

Anything that turns citizens against government is a threat to the government.

Hence, their inert secrecy in what they participate in, or advocate. Knowledge itself is threatening.

Well, you're entitled to believe what you want, erroneous as it may be, but it is your inherit right.

I'd just ask for you to consider examples from around the world. Like China for instance. Why do you think they censor the Internet, are heavily involved in the media and restrict acknowledgement of historical events like the protests & massacre in Tiananmen Square? Why do they do that? Because China's colorful past & the way the government has treated its people leaves a lot to desired I.e. if enough people start learning the true version of their country's history they might become resentful. And what do resentful people do? Things governments do not like: get violent, protest, demand reforms, inspire others to join them, etc.

Here in the states we're allowed, within reason, to say what we want. I learned firsthand in the Marines that there is no such thing as free speech, I, like everyone else, paid for every word. Private citizens pay too, though overwhelmingly in less physically severe ways, like, being monitored by an intelligence agency. Anti-government views are a sure fire way to get unknown attention.

There is certainly cause to question
why is it that at taxpayers expense,
the NSA, CIA, FBI ( whatever )
has a huge "thumbdrive on steroids"
for storing every bit of internet goings on
    they can grab ...... WHY?

Because they're intelligence agencies and intelligence agencies gather information. The more they collect on people the better they'll know them. Knowing thy enemy, whether he is one today or tomorrow, is the name of the game in intelligence that goes back to Sun Tzu.

However, unless there is probable cause to suspect any given individual,
why wholesale collect up everything on everybody?
isn't there supposed to be some sort of right of privacy
that is citizens are to be secure in their personal property & papers
( that should extend to ALL data that pertains to any given private citizen )
unless said citizen is a suspect or at least a person of interest in any given
investigation. The implication here is that the NSA considers all citizens
potential enemies of the state. This has far reaching ramifications.

Is the public so pacified by the mainstream PROPAGANDA MACHINE
that nobody seems to notice & nobody seems to care .....
    ????? or?

    1) There is no such thing as privacy anymore.
    2) Yes, we all are considered potential terrorists.
    3) And where would an unpacified citizenry get us? Massive protests out in the street where militarized police beat the (*)(*)(*)(*) out of them?

Isn't that sad? You can't even criticize the government these days without being put on some watch list. We used to ridicule Russia for doing things like this, and now it's us doing the exact same thing. The Patriot Act really made it a fun game now too. Speak out, and you might just disappear into some holding facility, never to be seen again. That's screwed up, man.

Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq, Iran...

Yeah, it is sad. So many people are raised and taught that the U.S. is a magical place, which in a lot of regards it is, but they are never taught the darker uglier side to America. The discovery of that side, if it ever occurs, is quite the experience, one often enough people regret learning. And if people speak out about such realities... yeah, you know.

I am probably on some sort of watch list,
having been active in various street protests over the years.
a distinct possibility is that the agency responsible for suppression of activists has finite resources and they focus on the activists who are considered the greatest threat to the administration, there are people who are in exile in other countries, and also who have rather mysteriously simply "changed their mind" & rather suddenly.
speculation is that this is in response to either blackmail or threats.

Its known that J.Edgar Hoover had files on people so as to be able to blackmail government officials, ( to promote HIS agenda...... )
Who knows what sort of files are kept on every citizen of this nation, and to what end?

You may chalk this up to "paranoia" but there is a line between legitimate concern, and being mad. and just from a persons posts to a forum such as this, you can NOT diagnose "over the edge".

Of course, but not without consequence, which could get a lot more severe depending on what we say.
