It doesn’t, but at least you’re talking about the topic.

Government mandates are the opposite of the market.

Gotta love this. Are you a fan of Monty Python's 'the argument clinic' too?

It's just two guys saying "Yes, it is. No, it isn't. Yes, it is. No, it isn't".

I understand the humor of the sketch, but quite honestly, if you have no rebuttal, then I'm not masochistic enough to go down that route with you.

Why not just have the government print up $100,000 for ever citizen per month? That solve everything!..... for about a week.

you merely did not understand the implied rebuttal. it is about imperfect information. it leads to imperfect markets.

Which has to with what and how did it rebut what I posted? It doesn't have to be "perfect". The tight labor market is already increasing wages at rates we haven't seen in a decade. The MARKET is doing that not the government.

after how many decades? and, even now it is slower than optimal for our first world economy.

Government fixes the goalposts so private parties can play within the goal posts.

Some trends have been. Some have not.

Consumer confidence, business capital investment and manufacturing jobs all spiked upwards after Trump won.

True unemployment went from multi--ecade lows to 60 year highs.

If you think that was all delayed Obama awesomeness, I've got a car to sell you.

The last decade when the Democrats had control and thought government is the best way to increase household income and it is rising quite well under market forces as it has done in the past.

Capitalism has a natural rate of unemployment. That can Only happen with imperfectly informed markets.

Trump did screw up by giving Democrats all they wanted in the budget.

Who described it as a Coke Bump? The same idiots that have been wrong all this tine?

Trump was right about his campaign promise that America would be winning so much people would get tired of winning.

His only mistake was not specifying it would be Democrats that were upset.

lol. Tax cuts are worthless if they don't cover spending.

Income redistribution is all it is; the rich got richer, and the poor get to help for it.

You're still limiting your thought process to what people should strive to do.

    That's not the issue.

It is exactly the issue. It is what they MUST do, if they are to become more than parasites.
For millions of years, it has been the issue. Nature has had millions of species thriving for millions of years, without courts, politics, religions, teachers, welfare, etc etc- why? Because every creature is born equipped with everything it needs to be a success as what it is, and it takes care of itself. They don't pollute or poison the world, don't use up the resources, don't declare war, and regardless of size- every species thrives.

There is one consistent rule: If you don't hunt, you don't eat.

Amazing how well it works when no one interferes.

We have all these instruments to help us get along- and yet we are the most destructive thing that ever hit the planet, because.... we are so damn smart.
The other species on this earth obviously know a lot of things we don't understand- actually, refuse to understand- because we are the only species that was ever that stupid, and the only one likely to be the cause of it's own extinction.

that is easy to say; but, their habitat is declining due to human activities.

it should be ok to leave food out for the animals; just don't try to domesticate them.

and, remember to pack out your non-biodegradables.

First Worlders should practice the Art of the (good) Husbandman, whenever possible. New cities could provide some natural habitat available for viewing by the general populace.
