Has anyone been following David Paulides 'CANAM Missing 411' series, either by book, youtube or other, or even 'MrBallen's story-form youtube shorts of them?

If not, they make for an interesting read/watch if you're into mysteries that may or may not involve the paranormal. To sum it up- there's a lot of unexplained disappearances in the wilds of north America (USA and CA). A tiny few of them (which is still thousands) seem to cross the boundary from merely unexplained to unexplainable. Usually having to do with bodies turning up where they shouldn't (or couldn't), moving unrealistic distances (unless its an abduction, tho these are all classified as accidents) and other very strange circumstances, as well as evidence to suggest that authorities at the highest level are at least trying to suppress how big the problem really is and perhaps actually know more about whats causing it than they're letting on.

If you are already familiar with this particular phenomena- what do you think Mr. Paulides is hinting at as the route of these disappearances? Sometimes it sounds like he's talking about alien abductions, other times 'bigfoot' (or a similarly undocumented predator), and still other times interdimensional space-time vortexes swallowing people up and flinging them about, and still others, just simple human crime that is being covered up by the government. He doesn't actually say it tho, and to be truthful, it could just be me coming to these suspicions based on the information he's presenting from the police reports regarding these cases. He certainly seems to be suggesting that something paranormal is going on, but he never says what (presumably because he knows it could undermine his main goal of creating awareness and preventing these disappearances with proper outdoor preparation awareness campaigns). But I'm curious, what do you think is going on, and what do you think he's suggesting is going on?
