You did, I noticed that afterwards, sorry. But your answer contradicts the case you've been making about how it's somehow better to have representation. Oh well, no sense splitting hairs, I think by your answer that we both actually agree that diversity is a second tier concern.

I never claimed otherwise. The police...the town...seems everyone wanted more diversity, that's kinda the problem we've been going back and forth on. IMO, it should never be something you seek, just something you might end up with after taking the best candidates for any position.

 

As always I will give the police officer the benefit of the doubt until he has a trial. His job puts him in situations that can lead to tragedy, now we just need to ascertain if he followed protocol or not.

 

There's nothing wrong with seeking it so long as the candidates are qualified. It's not racist to hire some minorities. Minorities as a percentage of the population are underrepresented in police forces. It's a positive to see some forces actively seeking to broaden their ranks.

 

Sounds liked you deny that Noor was a police officer that killed the woman that moved there from Australia who was well liked and said to be very loving and kind.

What a load of rubbish. It was midnight in a back alley way. Funny how now it's suddenly stated that the officer should have just got out of his car and calmly have a conversation with someone who suddenly appeared out of the pitch black. Pure racism.
