I was just reading about someone who molested a baby and was sentenced to life in prison. Now, I know this thought experiment hypothetical is extremely implausible and unrealistic, but if, hypothetically, someone molested a baby inside the womb - never mind exactly how - and the woman gave her consent, would that be okay? Can a mother provide consent for her baby? Pro-Choicers have said before it's inside of her body so it's hers. Or that it's part of her body. Can we be honest here and admit that maybe that might not be true?

What is "Consent Over"? Consent to makes sense but perhaps you mean control over? If so then yes....everyone has control over their bodies (themselves) and until birth the ZEF is part of her body.
If it's part of her body, why shouldn't she be able to give sexual consent to it? (or should she??) Can we admit that the fetus is, in certain respects, distinct from the rest of her body? (talking about ethical rights) I think we all agree that if a woman wanted to she could give sexual consent for a man to use any other part of her body (no matter how implausible) and it would be her natural right to be able to grant that privilege. (Although some people might find it in poor taste for a pregnant woman to have sex with a man when the fetus is not his)
