American Slavery and Holocaust were far beyond what Humankind could tolerate.

There were many minor genocides in History of Humankind. Even now, many people in USA view US conduct in Korea 1950-53 and Southeast Asia 1965-75 as justified.

Killing certainly does. Murder is a legal construct on what to do with one who has killed.
