I am glad that this information is finally coming out because it is obvious that serious errors were made in the way that things were handled in New York. It is a catch 22 situation. If you keep them in the hospital, you are destroying capacity for new patients. If you take them out of the hospital, you risk transmission. Anyway, the real scandal isn't that they did or didn't. It is that they lied about it and covered it up the numbers.
